You have to put your room key into a slot on the wall to have electricity. Our key didn't work well and didn't work the first time, on top of having to do it in the dark haha the electricity in the front part of the room never came on at all. The breakfast could have been good but it was thrown together and served like like slop. I don't think that I'd stay there again. The hotel websites made this place look kind of nice. I was solely disappointed.
Multiple issues. Room was not clean and is poorly maintained, water was not drained well and fast enough. Shower was slow (low pressure). Overall this property needs more attention.
Staff is super rude they just don't want to help why work if u need customer service to improve

Renovation needs to happen soon, my first room’s water temperature did not get hot. I was moved after informing the staff. I also used the gym, and the treadmill needs to be upgraded.
Location was very accessible , good size room for price, I enjoyed my stay
The staff all were very nice. It was a little disappointing we weren't told ahead of time pool was closed due to repair. Room was very large and comfortable.
The staff told us at check in that the cable might have problems but internet works and that she will discount 10% for the cable problem but at the end...internet didn’t work too and when we checked out ... they didn’t gave us the discount. Property was way far from pictures as the furnitures in the lobby needs tcleaning or needs replacement(too dirty). We just had to check out right away.
The hotel staff were friendly & checkin was smooth. The beds were comfortable & the room was spacious. The problem? Waking up to bugs—in the bedroom, in the hallway, in the bathroom. Wouldn't stay here again.
