The place is in a peaceful corner of a neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and bars, and there are so many cool spots to easily walk to. Well stocked with all sorts of thoughtful touches: all sizes of dishes and mugs, throw blankets, nice smelling soap, coffee!
There is a green space and trails at the end of the street leading to the river walk!

We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. This house was perfect for us and the owner was very helpful. The location was great and there was so much to do nearby.
Found ourselves with 2 dogs and no where to stay.The host was very accommodating and made sure we had somewhere to lay our heads. It is a well kept home in a great location.
Great location for walking to the Pearl along the Riverwalk. There is a new, paved walkway at the end of the street that ties into the Riverwalk. To walk to the Pearl in about 10 minutes or so, turn right, stay on the right side of the river and cross over at the next low bridge. It is also very close driving distance. The property was very clean, the host was responsive to questions and this duplex was quiet and comfortable for two people. A few maintenance issues do need to be addressed. Some tile in the bath is coming away from the wall and some grout needs to be replaced. Overhead lighting is extremely dim and the whole unit could benefit from brighter bulbs. Given the location and the quiet neighborhood we would certainly stay here again.
