Room was not cleaned, it had bad smell also there were few bugs that i spotted, also carpet and chair were dirty.
Was ok needed a place to sleep and was giving a disabled thank you
The people above us were very loud. We called the front desk and they said they were going to get it fixed and they didn't. The people above us stayed running around till around 3am

The breakfast was not good .. no egg, no bananas, no one to clean the area ... the amenities looks old ... and the a/c was not cooling properly ... the staff was ok .... the price was on much higher side compared to its quality

My toddler and I flew in for a wedding and stayed here three nights. Our room was very clean, the bed so comfortable, and the staff helpful and kind. Breakfast was a bit lacking as it was mostly just breads and cereals. The only true downside I had was the difficulty in carrying my daughter and bags up and down the steps as there wasn't a first floor room available like I'd wanted. The price was fair and location made navigating an unfamiliar city reasonable. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
Easy access to interstate and near shopping and eating establishments. Bed was comfortable. A little high for a short person, but manageable. Towels and bedding clean and soft. Did not use or need the safe but had to pay a fee. Reviews had bugs as a problem etc. But found it to be clean and did not see any bugs. Did not know there was ice machine available until last day. No bucket nor signage visible. No outlet near the dining table in room so had to use bathroom for coffee pot. A easy chair or an additional comfortable chair would have been nice for reading or lounging. Basic sleep room with little thrills.. comparable value for cost.
Will never look that way again service Was to Desire and the staff Was Not Willingness to help i could sit down and identify any and everything but they Dont deserve any Of My time so i will end this essay very soon be cause they Dont want people to put they views in a gist . Try to take time and make then give up On the review but i could keep up writting all they if you can see me keep On keep on

This is a pretty typical budget motel. Room was clean, A/C worked fine, beds/pillows were quite comfortable actually. Limited plugs for phones or anything else near the bed. Wifi worked fine (no password/public). There weren't any sketchy people around that I could see and the area is one with many hotels right off the highway so it is convenient. Highway sound from room in the middle of the hotel was fine and not a problem. Front desk staff were decent and not overly friendly but nice. What I didn't like: Adjoining room door to the next room and every sound came through it like the other people were in the same room. People had at least two children that screamed at the top of their lungs several times throughout the two nights we were there. Paper thin walls/ceiling and the water running in adjoining or above rooms was really loud. Also they have a sign up for their continental breakfast that says you can't take anything back to the room. This is highly inconvenient for those with kids, handicaps, other issues, or anyone with a time schedule that doesn't have the ability to sit in the limited seating in the lobby for whatever reason. They were out of waffle batter (Walmart? HEB?) so their breakfast was just cereal and toast. I couldn't eat because I had other things I needed to get done in the room.
Restroom was really dirty , room had a weird smell and staff was not very happy to be there .
Excellent service. Just the pool strategically located (by the designer) to be under the sun all day without any shade around.
That was a very great experience, the hotel was located just right where we need it.staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and had all what they offer. We will stay there again we recommend this hotel.
Very loud, not sure when the pool closes but people out there smoking drinking late at night. Internet went out, no remote in hotel room, breakfast wasn't good at all. Very messy, and disorganized. Grandma is disabled and had to climb to second floor, saw people living? on the first floors??? Didn't look like regular vacationers. I guess you get what you pay for but hotesl in San Antonio are so expensive now! I will pay the extre fee to get some comfort however.

This hotel is staffed well, and operated just as it should be. It's not fancy, but it is clean and well cared for. Location is excellent for convenience to most anything you would want or need. Actually quite quiet considering you are located pretty close to the Interstate. I was pleased...and the value ...that's a plus.
