Everyone was real friendly and nice. Room was very clean. Location is great, minutes walk away from Riverwalk. Price is much cheaper than hotel right on the riverwalk. Only couple things kept me from giving 5 stars: Reception asked if housekeeping was Ok every other day during check in…. I requested, every day would be better/great. He said Ok, no problem…..but housekeeping ended up only coming every other day. Why ask if you’re not going to follow through with my request. They must have over a hundred rooms at this hotel and they managed to put us in a room with frosted windows for outside. We travel quite a bit and we enjoy having a room with a view (least to anything outside). We were a bit shocked to have a room with frosted windows (we found out later it was because the view was to the roof of the building / ac units). That was kind of a let down (since we came all the way from CA for vacation).

Very clean room. Everything was comfortable. Check in process was seamless-even though it was New Year’s Eve and they were extremely busy. Felt safe, even in a busy area of downtown. View was beautiful and fitness center was well equipped. All equipment was clean, organized, and seemed new.
