It was an older hotel but the staff and service was good!
Nice hotel, was offered my choice of first floor or fourth floor upon check-in. Only complaint was that thermostat was set at 62 degrees and room was FREEZING. Breakfast was COVID protocol (attendant gets what you ask for. Limited choices but not bad, considering.
Didn’t like that the pool was hot and dirty The area was ok that there was places to eat But a lot of bums hanging out in the trash bins outside
Smelled like an ashtray, the hallways were like saunas, the room smelled like urine, crackhead roaming the halls, small inconveniences and oversights everywhere, and on top of all of this, they double charged me for the room. Worst hotel experience in a long time.
The sheets were dirty in the room once upon arrival.There were drunk people, Outside the hotel.And they charged me an additional $ 20 per room because of the rooms.because the rooms have a sofa bed
Staff was friendly. Clean rooms, nice area, check in was easy. Only down side is the entrance to the hotel itself is a bit confusing. Better or easier to go through the gas station parking lot to cut across to the hotel parking lot.
I could feel the springs in the bed ... fridge didn’t work
I didn’t like our pillows cases has red spot on them and Mattress cover had spot on it and you can see it though the sheet! Ask for clean sheet so we could put them over the sheet and they we’re Dingy!!! Just wrong side of town for me, could been better had they had clean sheet

Nice outside and great breakfast. Staff was so terrible. I am a training manager for Hospitality management and All staff. I was completely embarrassed for how much they all lack customer service skills. Worst I ever have dealt with.

Nice hotel, clean, good breakfast area and breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Cleaning staff did not make up bed well very wrinkly. Left water dripping and water in bathtub after cleaning.
Finding the entrance/exit after dark was a bit difficult upon arrival. Figuring out the next day that pulling through the gas station was the key made coming and going much easier for the remainder of our visit. Staff and rooms were excellent!!
