A little complicated entering the building, sort of like Mission Impossible. It wasn't quite as hard as the email made it sound. Parking is very difficult here.

Victorian splendour with modern amenities

Loved staying here! Chapman Hill suites fixes up historic properties in Saint John and furnished them with many period pieces. One of the better hotels I have stayed in. The only concern is parking. As this is a 19th century structure parking is on street and you might need to purchase a parking pass. I will be definitely staying here next time I am in this city!

My Wife loved it as soon as we walked in. Yes she loves new beautiful clean hotels but Chipman Suites are different on a whole level. Old heritage buildings kept as original as possible by a small team of cleaners and maintenance staff who work wonders. Between the huge comfy king-size sled bed to the original window shutters our short visit was both comfortable and educational. The Chipman Suites on Sydney Street Saint John are staff less which was a little strange but you get plenty of e-mails explaining the parking arrangements and your initial arrival instructions so no need to panic. We will definitely be staying here again.
