We loved this apartment! Located just off Barberini Square, it is large, bright, clean and well equipped for 6 adult guests. It is within walking distance of many Roman attractions Raoni, the agent, was excellent, thorough and gave many helpful suggestions. One small issue; the floor like many older buildings in Rome is NOT solid concrete. It is wooden timber with a thin topping which transmits sound from above.

We were informed just before arrival the air conditioning was not working. A 10 % rebate was promised but not delivered The real problem was that the hot water was not working. Service visited and said it was repaired - but it wasnt. A dribble of hot water was present in one of three bathrooms. The others in our party heated water on the stove and did a dip bath in the shower. The appartment manager was not helpful. This really did not have the feeling of a vacation rental by owner, rather a large investment group with many appartments and a management group. I would choose to pay a little more and stay in a hotel where there is a responsive staff.

We would never again stay at or recommend this property

Host was gracious in letting us have an early arrival. However, the property was very unclean, socks turned black rapidly, soiled sheets, trash under bed, dusty,, clogged shower drain. There was absolutely no toilet paper or soap in any of the bathrooms, very inconvenient and frustrating after long journey. Air conditioning was completely insufficient. One of the beds was on a wooden cot frame with several missing or broken slats and bed collapsed in the middle of the night. I messaged the host on the next morning and never received any response.

Great location. Some need for improvement with amenities.

The apartment is in a great location for many tourist destinations. Easy walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Air conditioning was a problem. It wasn't working well, and the apartment was uncomfortably warm. Managers came once with technicians, but it did not improve. Sleeping situation is not as it appears in photos. Although there were enough beds, the loft only has one bed on it - the photos show 2. This wasn't what we planned, and we had to make do with one person sleeping on the sofa in the living room. We appreciated the washing machine, and bathrooms and kitchen were all good. Overall, if air conditioning were fixed, this would be an excellent apartment to stay in when visiting Rome.

Great location. In Rome

Very nice modern apartment in Rome. Elevator was nice to have. Secure. Very clean. Some complaints. Shower in 1 bathroom did not work. AC in bedroom not working well during heatwave and freezer was completely frozen. Some extra seating in living room is needed for larger groups. Would recommend it tho if they get those things fixed.

Great location, comfortable accommodations

The apartment was so close to all the highlights we wanted to see in Rome. We felt safe and comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. It did appear that there may have been some neglected areas when it was cleaned and one of the bedrooms we were relying on had been changed for another use. Otherwise, it was a good choice for our family.
