Where the smoke detector was supposed to be was only wires. No towels in the room and staff who finally got me some had them stuffed under his arm-armpit. Very unprofessional
The rooms were nice, however, the lobby and the path to rooms were not the best. The maid forgot clean my room but otherwise a good experience.
Someone broke into our room looking to take stuff but we kept everything in the car when we weren't in the room. We refused to stay another night. We left a day early. When checking out the front desk person couldn't change our bill and we got charged for 4 nights and only staying there for 3... We just wanted out of there. Never stay at this hotel I would stay in my car before staying at this hole
I should have not even stopped here. I knew i was in trouble when a passerby stopped to warn me about the bugs infesting the place. Walking into the lobby was so bad I went no further. The "breakfast area" had at least 2 health code violations. Then, the staff was curt in response and disheveled in appearance. The epitome of unprofessional. The best part of all, even though the company already paid for the reservation and room, they attempted to charge me AGAIN!
The carpets were fithy and the room was in need of repairs. Someone in the room above paced all night. The breakfast was nothing special. I had cold cereal and some fruit.
the room smelled musty , the outlets would not work with the lites turned out the sheets on the bed had holes in them the door you could see all around it at night
This building is in need of substantial refurbishing and a coat of paint slapped on with little attention to detain will not do it. I saw the same piece of po[pcorn in the same place in the hall on three different mornings. There was a problem in awarding of our Wyndhan Rewards points and after three calls and three trip back to the front desk, I was told that the hotel couldn't change it even though the Wyndham help line said that they could. I gave up.
I stayed in this hotel with my wife and our 2 kids, We were in others Super 8's and those weren't so bad like this one. As soon as we get in the lobby We noticed that the area was so filthy, while I was checking in I saw my wife looking at the waffle maker, cereal machines etc. she told me that she will not have the breakfast in the morning because everything was real dirty, in the room there were no towels and the bed sheets have a lot of cigarettes burns plus the bad odor, I told the front desk girl about the towels on our way out for dinner, she said that someone will put them in the room, we came back to the room to take a shower but no towels get, I have to go down and take them. On the next day they not change the bed sheets when they clean the room. This was a very disgusting hotel experience, for the price we aren't expecting luxury rooms but at least property cleanliness. Even my 8 years old daughter notice that
This hotel was very underwhelming. It was dirty with bugs everywhere. We only needed to sleep since we were driving cross country so it did the job. I would not stay here for a long term stay.
Our room was the worst that I've ever stayed in. The shower was disgusting. There were little hairs all over the place.. like someone had taken a shower recently and didn't bother to clean up after themselves. The towels also had hair stuck in them. I was so upset with myself for forgetting to pack my own towels. The room was so dirty and funky that we actually went to the local Walmart and purchased disinfectant spray. I've never sprayed down a room, or any space, like I did here. If getting another room was an option, we would have. If staying at another hotel was an option we would have. However, there were no more vacancies, so we just sucked it up and kept the spray handy. The staff (lady) was very helpful and nice. That is about all I could say good about our stay.. that and the location. Overall, I wouldn't recommended an enemy staying here. It was just that awful. Oh and the hallway smelled like poop!! This was when we came back from breakfast and the cleaning people were on our floor. How was this even possible?! To smell that foul when you're cleaning?! I was totally baffled and equally grossed out.
