Bathroom had some molding, bed sheets were in bad shape. The room walls are so thin, you can hear all your neighbor's rooms. Came back home with some bites in my left arm possibly from bed bugs. Never staying here again.. Staff was nice and friendly though.

The staff at the front desk was excellent. The reservations thru hotels.com was not accessible so she gave a room at the hotel rate. She spent a lot of time trying to resolve this problem, not knowing if it was a hotels.com issue or a hotel issue. She was very helpful.

PLACE IS NICE, HOWEVER THE BED WAS A LITTLE TOO HARD FOR US. WHEN I BOOKED THE ROOM TRAVELOCITY ADVERTISE THE ROOM WHIT A PRIVATE HOT TUB, BUT WE DID'T GET THE HOT TUB. EMPLOYEE STATED THAT THE AD WAS WRONG. EMPLOYEES ARE PRETTY NICE.

Television issues all 3 days. Bathroom too small for 'full size' adults(5'8" - 6'). Toilet seat too low. Bathtub too small. Need to replace mattress and bed covers. Need new air conditioning unit. It was needed at the time because on Hotel that allows smoking. Need more hotels in Illinois that offer smoking rooms. Not all of us smokers are drug smokers!..
