Nice, friendly people. Nice setting. Breakfast was inedible.

The hotel was great for our travel. They offered breakfast which was a plus as well. Staff was great.

great hotel went to hunter hayes concert and relaxed for rest of trip. clean hotel and friendly staff

We were arriving late and the stag was very accommodating and pleasant.

Air condition is not modern enough -- little flexibility.

Room was satisfactory. Problem is that the hotel is being re-modeled so the hotel is really a construction zone. Once complete - it will be great. But until then, ...

Hotel under construction. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

everything was very nice. i had zero complaints about anything.

Staff helpful. Room comfortable. Hotel convenient, easy to find and centrally located for my need summit was a good experience.

An acceptable, affordable option for Roanoke. A bit too far to walk to downtown, but parking is easy downtown, and it's only a 3-5 minute drive away.

I was here on business. I spent little time at hotel, but when I was there it was very comfortable and clean, unlike the previous cheap hotel I stayed at, everything here was in good working condition! Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good considering it was free. I recommend this for business or for pleasure.

Everything was fine, staff was friendly & helpful. Room was pleasant, Location was a little far from city center, but was a nice walk. Fit our needs well!

Hotel was clean and staff very respectful and pleasant. Located near downtown so easy drive to the restaurants and night spots. Good music in Roanoke.

Very clean and great staff. It was a perfect location as well

My stay was great. The hotel was easy to get to and appeared to be recentlr remodeled.

Overall rating Three Stars. Nice facility, well kept , nice rooms, good breakfast bar. Negative points: lack of eating establishments in the immediate vicinity---must get in car and drive to closest fast food. The breakfast area too small to acomidate large groups staying at the hotel. Food offerings very good, but difficult to navigate in a large group. Finally, the hotel lacks snack vending machines on each floor--- drinks and ice machines only.

Hotel is at a very good location to downtown. You can take a reasonable walk to the city for dinner. Convenienent access to 581.

We had a very nice experience at this hotel. The location was perfect for our needs - close proximity to the Roanoke Civic Center and to the Hotel Roanoke.

Don't expect much help or even a polite reply from the desk clerk I encountered named C.........

Hotel is not close enough to downtown area to walk. Biggest disappointment was the bathroom. It was very small-unable to open the door without hitting someone. Tub was old, yellowed acrylic. Door was old hollow core door like from the 60's. I expected more for the money. The night before we had stayed someone for $40 less, and it was much nicer. Breakfast was typical, but not exceptional by any means.
