Good staff. Clean well maintained. Excellent bar staff. Extremely bad seaweed issue with awful smell. Resort worked very hard to try and clean but the problem was out of control. Sports bar was under renovation which was extremely disappointing. Lobster House Restaurant had no Lobster. Dress code is way overboard.

Hotel was amazing loved almost everything about this resort. I think the only real weakness of this one is the lack of a buffet option for lunch and dinner, which means there's no safety net for a la carte restaurants which as with pretty much all all-inclusives are hit and miss. Avoid the lobster and Italian a la cartes for lunch/dinner at this one.

Everything was wonderful about the food and resort and beach. We stayed in a swim-up suite in spa block 5, and our patio was shady most of the day. I'd recommend requesting block 1 or 2 next time which got a lot more sun. Since it was Feb and the evening weather wasn't warm, our room was very chilly at night.

Our swim-up suite was beautiful. It was in spa block 1 and got plenty of sun on our patio. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel was stunning with beautiful areas, pools, a stunning beach, and restaurants. The food was top class, the best I've had at an all-inclusive.
