Located north of the James River in a quiet neighborhood. We`re dog friendly! Walking trails within minutes of the home & fully fenced in yard. This home is perfect for a vacation getaway with friends & family. Easily accommodates 8 people. Free, accessible street parking. Private. Minutes to Richmond`s fun attractions & fine dining!

The lower level features two cozy queen bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and direct access to a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The living room offers a comfortable space to unwind, complete with a Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and a full-size pull-out sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a microwave and dishwasher, while the adjacent dining area features a drop-leaf table for additional seating, perfect for gathering together. A convenient half bathroom is located downstairs between the living room and kitchen for easy access. Throughout the home, Smart TVs provide entertainment options, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.

Upstairs, you’ll find a charming bedroom nook with two twin beds, soft lighting, and additional seating—an ideal spot for a restful night’s sleep or a relaxing afternoon nap.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We only allow dogs; no cats. This is non-negotiable.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

We do not provide laundry supplies.

-Check-in time is 4:00pm.
-Check-out time is 10:00am.
-No smoking indoors. $250 fee will be charged to guest after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
-Please place trash in the exterior trash bins.
-Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher and run upon departure.
-Place all dirty linens and towels in baskets.
-Please ensure that HVAC is returned to 69 degrees during winter season and 74 degrees during summer season.
-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and/or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed. Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises. Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition.
