The room was good size, the mattress pad and pillows were horrible, it felt like sleeping in a pile of marshmallows, I was not able to get comfortable and fall asleep all night,then this morning at7:45 several hotel staff on loud walkie talkies were in the hallway,the bathroom has no place to hang your towel when you get out of the shower, you have to lay it on the floor, there is a hook on the back of the door, but it’s too far away from the shower, I was very disappointed, the nice lady at the front desk this morning, even agreed that the mattress pads and pillows are not good, for this much money you should have an amazing night of sleep

Everything is spotless and of the highest quality. We felt very pampered. The holiday decorations were beautiful and extensive. Restaurants were very busy, so make reservations for dinner right away. We were able to eat off the restaurant menu in the bar. Food and service were great.

The breakfast menu was delicious, but a few items I ordered were missing. It wasn’t enough to make a fuss, but in retrospect, given how much I was paying to be there, it’s quite disappointing. The service was always wonderful, and the staff is quite kind. When my husband pulled out one of the towels, there were a few brown splotches on it, and not all of the amenities in the room worked. Overall, a fine stay and beautifully decorated for the holidays, but a bit of a letdown.
