Everything was broken and dirty. I found a rubber under my pillow. I wanted to leave at that right moment. Disgusting. They probably never change the sheets. Nothing worked. Disgusting. We were in a nonsmoking room, but it smelled like someone was smoking inside. The bathroom door didnt not close. The lamps did not work. The heating was broken. The entrance door was broken too. We did not feel safe at all inside of the room. Very noisy. For the check out, we were like 15 minutes waiting for someone to appear in the front desk. The people working at the hotel are not nice. The worst experience I have ever had in my life.

Every thing smells and is dirty as ever . No hot water in the shower and non smoking room smells like marijuana and tobacco ! Totally ridiculous

INDIAN FRONT DESK MAN ATTEMPTED TO BREAK INTO MY ROOM AT 7AM. I woke up to a man at my door yelling "open the door!", luckily I had my door stop across. Once I talked to him, he realised he had the wrong person. Also the breakfast is a joke, generic Rice Krispies or Corn Flakes with milk that you have to ask for from behind the counter. Along with that, there are stale doughnuts from the grocery store. The room I had did not have a TV remote, however there were no cockroaches and it was fairly clean. I stayed here because my car broke down on I-95. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE.

The room was filled with cockroaches and the room was dirty and should not have been rented. I was with a small child and in those conditions are not for a family stay. It was gross and disgusting and we are never staying there again.

Traveling on business as a single mother means I bring my child with me. I wasn't comfortable with us staying there and to make things worse I suspect it may be a regular stop for ladies and their gentleman callers.

The room was low cost but clean. It's what we expected for the price. The breakfast offered wasn't much more than some pastries and coffee. Also, this motel is next to the freeway so there is a fair amount of noise in the room from all the traffic, even at night. Keeping the A/C on provided some white noise to help drown it out, and ultimately we did not have much trouble falling asleep. If going to Richmond again, I would probably try to find somewhere a little quieter in the same price range if possible but if unable, this would be an acceptable place to stay.

Just stayed here for one day before the race. it was ok nothing special

My fiancé and I always use this hotel when we need a vacation. The staff are great and will listen To Ant Sugguestion You have.

quick check in and out, best value for the price, right off of 95 and room was clean and comfortable

The best from the lowest price! If you're low on cash and look for a place to stay = this is the solution! Thanks!

It was definitely close to the freeway, in fact it was right next t to it.(noisey). The outside of the premises was much to be desired. It is in desperate need of improvements and up keep. The interior was in a llittle better shape. It is very old and deteriorating. The bathroom was so small I could not get my walker in and the tub/shower was not inviting. The microwave could only be turned on and off by pulling tthe cord. The refrigerator froze all my items.Breakfast consisted of coffee and a very greasy miniature honey bun. The coffee was very good, hot and fresh. The staff was cordial and polite. I would rather paid a little more and gotten a better sense of security and comfortableness. Would not recommend it unless desperate

We needed to stay in a hotel after a Nascar race. I had seen this hotel online. The pictures looked nice, but they didn't show everything!! I'm so glad we went to the hotel before the race. The room we were initially assigned to was ok, but it was in the back of the hotel and I did not feel very safe back there. I was regretting my decision of booking this hotel, but I had booked it because it was a decent price. We were able to switch rooms to the front of the hotel near the main door. It was late when we returned to the hotel. There was a club right next door to the hotel that had a long line of people. We weren't sure what was going on. When we finally made it in our room for the night, our door did not lock. So my husband had to get something to put under the door so noone could come in. The room itself, was ok. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't horrible. Overall, though, I would not recommend this hotel.

There was some confusion with the reservation I made. When I called the hotel, the gentleman who answered was very rude and made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him. I called [...] and after being on hold for over an hour, the problem still needed another hour to resolve. When I called the hotel to confirm everything was ok, the same gentleman answered and was again very rude. Will NEVER [...]stay at this hotel again.

Bathroom walls had a leak so The walls had meldew.. The manager insisted in gong in The shower while My Friend wad in The shower.

the room was nice and the service was pretty good.

The man at the front desk was very friendly but the hotel was almost attached to a club and there were police in the hotel parking Lott the room was clean but the bathroom had grime or some kind of build up and they only provided soap no shampoo

Room was very dirty there were a bunch of people hanging out in the parking lot

My company booked the room due to it's location, which was right off the interstate south of Richmond. It was easy to find. I found the room to be clean and neat. The most important thing was the bedding was clean, and the mattress was comfortable for this price range of lodging. I have recommended to our company to use them whenever the opportunity arrises.

This hotel falls below "no-frills" and only slightly above "sketchy". Its cheap, ill grant that, but I think its worth an extra 10 bucks or so to stay somewhere else. When they say "near interstate" they mean it! Forget about counting sheep, you can just count the 14-wheelers that buzz the hotel from I-95. I even had to request to change rooms, because the one they gave me looked like someone had kicked the door in and all the locks were broken off. But then again, the neighborhood is not so bad...if your from Compton.

The owners and staff were very helpful. They accomodated our every need for the day.
