Claims to sleep 10. Maybe 8 at most. A couch that doesn’t fold out shouldn’t count as a bed!

Everything in the house was good, but the bad think is that the communication with the host was really bad, the description of the place did not match with the house, I booked this house because it said that it had 5 beds when in reality there was only 3 and an air mattress nothing bad with an air mattress but why not put it on the description, then trying to contact Vrbo directly was another hustle and the same communication was berry poor. If you are a person that likes, clear communication and speaking person to person this is not the place for you.

Unprofessional host/ant infestation
As we were getting settled in, I notice a couple of ants on the kitchen counter. After quickly getting rid of them, I noticed more coming out. Also on the countertops were two ant traps that were relatively full. It was clear there was an ant nest somewhere nearby. I immediately contacted the host who apologized and said he would take care of it.Later that evening, my wife and son were going to use the hot tub in the backyard and they quickly realized that the cover had mold and the water had a thin, slimy film to it. I also let the host know about this issue and he mentioned that “he was disappointed it wasn’t in an ideal condition” and that he would “do my best to make things right”.When we woke up the next morning, we noticed there were now ants in our beds. My son was staying in his room and my wife and I in ours. My son’s bed had several ants crawling around and ours had a few as well, though not as many as his. I messaged the host again and let him know and there was virtually no response all day (with the exception of an automated message reminding us about check out procedures). I was hoping he would at least send out a pest control person or someone to deal with these problems. Nothing…At this point I was angry that there was no response to this situation. Absolutely infuriating and insulting. Would NOT recommend staying here!

No wifi and poor service
I would not rent this townhouse if you need working wifi. We rented the property for a month, and the first day there, notified the owner that the wifi wasn’t working. My wife does telehealth and needs a good wifi connection to be able to talk to her patients. The owner said they would fix it, but he took no action. Over the next two weeks, he told me repeatedly that they were working on fixing it, would fix it the next day, etc. To get decent quality wifi for my wife’s clinical practice, we went to the ATT store, looked at Starlink, and even tried to rent a hotel room that would have better wifi. We offered to troubleshoot the wifi connection with the internet provider coming onsite and the owner refused.
It became clear that the owner has nobody local in Reno when we asked the owner to replace two lightbulbs that were out when we arrived. The owner said he would drop them off the next day but never did. Finally I ended up buying them myself after the owner promised to reimburse me.
The wifi finally got fixed two weeks into a month-long stay by providing a new high speed modem. I was told the new modem would only be in the townhouse for the rest of our stay and would then be removed (presumably due to cost). Stay away if you need to be connected to the internet and want decent in-town service.
