Needs serious updating, pool needs cleaning, rooms were worn and gloomy. Only vegan food option was maybe a banana or an apple, no non dairy option for coffee when I asked if there was a non dairy option I was told “ya…black!” Unfortunately I was there at the same time as youth sports team so the halls were over run with yelling preteens, the pool was a nightmare for my grandsons as the team teens completely took over and we’re not chaperoned just over all behaving very discourteous and badly. The inn was booked full and no parking was left, I had to park down the road. Doubt I’d go back as it was not a very pleasant experience
I had to cancel my first day of my reservation but was unsure of second day. The lady working cancelled my reservation, charged 350 to my card then refunded 150 only. But the room was supposed to be 111/night. I asked if I could still keep my second night and she said no. Brutal. I had a sick 3 year old with me and then could not get another room.
Good parking

Hi Kevin Thank you for your wonderful rating and review. I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay with us and look forward to seeing you again soon.
Thank you for choosing Days Inn Regina, and thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry you had such a bad experience with our hotel. We are usually not as busy as we were that week, and the rooms and pool are usually much quieter and calmer. As for the breakfast... I apologize for the comment made by the staff. Having a vegan option like oat milk or something like it for the coffee station is an excellent idea, and we should have those options available. I'll bring this to the attention of my manager. I hope you do give us another chance in the future.
