It's within walking distance to the convention center and Downtown Durham's best restaurants, pubs, and entertainment.
You'll love the 18th century architectural roots of the space which features brick, timber, high ceilings, wood floors & an open floor plan. These cameras do have audio recording that we are able to review history of if needed. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside.
• Location. The location we're in is a walker's paradise since most places you'll want to visit won't require a car. Morgan Street is as flat as a pancake, has ample sidewalk space, and is very bikeable. Our home is just a 5-minute walk away from the Convention Center. Walk Score is 84, Transit Score 65 and Bike Score 80.

*Important Note: This rental is located in a historic tobacco warehouse that has been converted into residential apartments but still maintains older warehouse fixtures. The walls for the bedrooms do not reach the 22 foot ceiling, this can be seen in the pictures. Also, since this is an industrial setting, some noise does carry from surrounding neighbors. The parking is not on the ground level of the building, but rather 1 block away. Let us know if you have any further questions about these notes!
