First floor designed with hardwoods and crown molding. Large maple cabinets and granite countertops in kitchen. Built-in bookshelves with ladder and large walk-in closet in master bedroom. Master bath renovated to include a rainfall shower and updated flooring. Outdoor patio with furniture and playhouse for children.
