Plenty of space in the room. The bathroom is big and trash can is huge.
The rooms were dated. We were uncomfortable and sweating the whole time we were in our hotel. We requested to be transferred to a diff room but the reps were giving us a hard time. I will never book from this hotel again!!! This is by far one of the worst!

Hotel was nice. Room seemed a little dated and had a mildew smell. But it's the same way in Hawaii because of the humidity.
nice hotel..good buffet just change your Pillows its not comfortable and your toiletries..tissue or roll tissue is not soft. Hotel has good ambience and convenient to us

Arrived at the hotel at 130pm Friday afternoon. I knew the hotel had a 2pm checkin time but after 2 1/2 hour wait - I was in my room by 4:20pm. And this was thru a lot of cajoling and demands that I be given a room asap. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! No vouchers or upgrades - this hotel doesn't seem to subscribe to customer comes first policy. I don't blame the clerks (Fizzie or Bon) but since they are part of the operation - their whole system sucks!!!! Management has to review and streamline operations to at least lower the check in time to a minimum and not 21/2 hours! Travelers might be better off at Marco Polo or even Élan Greenhills!
We checked into our first room and we noticed that the room is unclean. There were black smudges on the bed linens and pillow cover, coffee spills on the tables, even the welcome note has fingerprint smudge throughout the page. We notified the front desk and they immediately transfered us to a different room., when we step into the next room, it smelled like varnish and paint, we step out of the room and this time my wife went down to the front desk, while waiting outside of the room, one of the housekeeping staff asked us what is our concern with the room, i told them that it smelled like paint, then he said it must be because of the renovation on the upper floor directly above the room we were placed in. So it made me think of the reason why they will place guest in rooms with very close proximity to area under renovation. It made me feel like their priority is more on profit rather than the safety of the guest. My wife came back and we were transfered to a better room. Little did i know, they placed my mom on the paint smelling room that we vacated when they checked in. Another issues we encountered is the clarity of tv programs, some of the program channels are distorted. Also the shower tub doesn't drain immediatly during shower and pools inside the tub for quite sometime, the housekeeping staff tried to fix it, but it was the same the next time we used it. You can noticed significant amount of dust on the sides of the hallways. And paint chips and dents inside guest room furnitures. In my opinion this hotel is poorly maintained for a 2y/o hotel. Pros:Check-in was fast and easy. Very friendly staff. Has very good location and accessibility to shopping center, restaurants and bars.
This hotel which is basically inside the Americanized Eastwood Mall was all that we expected with one exception. Our original room was right below some renovation being done on the 31st floor. We were woken to the sound of incessant hammering. They promptly switched us to the top floor (38th) which was under the fitness center. There we heard barbells being dropped on our heads all day. After repeated complaints, the third time was a charm as we were switched again, this time to a noise-free room. Everything else was wonderful and it is hard to say how typical this experience was.
Nice room and we got a free upgrade. Location is perfect as the whole area is a shopping complex. Overall, good value for money and relaxing experience
