Overall, the hotel looks nice, with visually appealing facilities and a decent layout. It’s very family-friendly, with plenty of activities for kids. The pool areas are a highlight, especially the heated family pool. Food quality across restaurants was good, and the evening shows were enjoyable for both adults and children. The kids club is well set up, and the lobby snack restaurant stood out for its excellent service.
However, the experience is affected by poor organization and inconsistent service. Check-in took over an hour, with additional delays for the room, and there were long lines for almost everything. Staff often seemed distracted, and service noticeably improved only with tips, sometimes hinted at in uncomfortable ways. The restaurant app didn’t work, and reservations had to be made in person due to room category limitations.
The room was nice but lacked basics (only two towels for four guests), and requests required long waits. Pool logistics were frustrating—early wake-ups needed to secure seating, towel shortages, and guests taking reserved spots. There are also visible maintenance issues that take away from the experience.
The beach was disappointing due to heavy sargassum, strong odour, and limited swimmability.
Overall, good for families, but service and organization need improvement.
