The view was fabulous! Possibly the best beach view we have had in Mexico. The pool and sun deck were 1 floor below us with the same wonderful view of the ocean. The boardwalk to the beach was right next to the property. The beach clubs with snorkeling and diving tours are all along the beach front. The music during the day is lively but not loud. We could see the traditional performers from our balcony. The beach front is quiet after 7 pm, providing an intimate experience from the balcony or the pool deck. The staff at the property were friendly and helpful! We will definitely return!

The building was ok. Well located. The room setup was strange with only a tv in the bedroom. The kitchen was sparsely equipped and missing many basics. The biggest issue was the lock off to the attached unit. It was like the door did not exist. We could hear everything including light conversation. Staff was great

The Panoramic Suite at Moonlight Condos (Moon Paradise Apartments) was very basic. Room definitely needs a facelift. Had to ask for change of towels and bedding. Housekeeping services not included in the price. We stayed for two weeks. Would have been nice to have fresh towels and bedding every 3-4 days minimum. Lots of ants in the kitchen area. Could not leave any food items on the counter. Even dried taco chips in a bag attracted ants. Put food in the fridge only. Pools on upper deck were clean. Not heated, but we did sit in the pools a couple of times to cool off in the mid-day sun. Upper deck offers a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Every day at 2:00 live music can be heard from the Diving Bar which is very close by. All quiet at the Diving Bar no later than 4:30 pm. Walk to Chedraui (grocery store) takes 15 minutes. Nice to walk along the beach or the road to the town square. WIFI very weak. Constantly dropping off. Generally our room at Moonlight Condos was okay, but very basic. Disappointed housekeeping services were not included, considering the price we paid for the room. Isa at reception was very helpful. She took care of our every request. Thank you, Isa!

Communication was great with manager. She returned my messages very quickly. The condo had everything required for a week stay but you had to buy more water, as only one jug provided. Also, the barbecue was very rusty and unsafe to use. The elevator is manual and we were aware of that but I chose to use the stairs as it appeared unsafe. We needed a little later checkout time and this was accommodated. The other name for this building is moonlight condos and more reviews can be found there.

We never got instructions how to check in no one could find the place including multiple taxi drivers. The place is advertised as moon paradise but it is actually called Moonlight condos here in Mexico so it is impossible to find the place. We spent hours trying to check in, but there is no office anywhere in sight and we never saw any employee. We found a local person on the street that helped us find the place. There were no instructions to check out. Everything about the place is very nice for the price But again communication is horrible and not being able to find the place due to the incorrect name was completely miserable and a total disaster

A pesar de que la habitación y a las áreas les falta "mantenimiento" en general y faltarían amenidades en la habitación (shampoo, una mesa y dos sillas, por dar un ejemplo), la ubicación está excelente, y tuvimos la suerte que no había nadie más en el condo/hotel en el piso 5, por lo que tuvimos todo el piso, que incluye la terraza y alberca para nosotros solos. Hubo mucho ruido la última noche durante la noche y madrugada, desde el piso 4, lo cual fue bastante molesto. El elevador es un montacargas, tal vez para muchos puede ser un punto negativo, pero desde mi punto de vista le agregó un toque de "aventura" a la estancia. Sería genial tener un pequeño asador, aunque entiendo que pueda molestar a algun otro visitante. Instalaciones NO recomendables si tienes niños, y entiendo por qué el hotel no acepta menores, pero en resumen, buena estancia y excelente tarifa.
