This was our first stay at The Loom since they changed hands. This is such a jewel of a hotel, we came just to have a night away (Staycation!) and met several other couples doing the same. The Loom is where industrial meets art. I don't need to say any more than that...the pictures tell the tale.

The power went out for 7 hours on my second night and I was told by THE LOOM reception that because I booked through a third party provider that there was nothing that can be compensated for my troubles

The staff were irritated by my presence and insinuated I had no money my card was charged then it was credited then charged again. I received a call about the minibar I specifically left out 2 of the items and he was willing to settle on and a cat litter charge right… it had snowed and there was rocksalt everywhere be there next weekend

Room was clean however very cold. It took a while to warm up. Same goes with hot water, after 15 mins of waiting for it to warm up, i decided to deal with the warmish water as i needed a shower. It began to warm up finally, had taken roughly 20 mins. Also had to pay to park, which considering the location was weird.
