Very cool place to stay! Staff was also very nice.

3rd stay at this property, and will likely return. First, staff couldn't be friendlier, but I found billing issues frustrating and incomprehensible. Hotel double "authorized" $944 on our business Credit Card and restricted available credit, so had to use personal card for $372 business expense. Thought issue was resolved after conversation with Manager, then discovered another "authorization" on business card that required Credit Card company conference call with Hotel. "Authorizations" on credit card were released quickly, but the aggravation I went through left me quite cranky. I like the idea of this Loft style hotel, and continue to stay here as a local option because it is different, and dog friendly. Outside space and gym are highpoints. Some rooms are cramped and oddly laid out with cheap furnishings that are not comfortable or holding up well over time. Tall ceilings give illusion of spaciousness, but I find it difficult to navigate around the furniture without bumping something. Minor annoyances have occured each visit, but nothing that is a earthshaking. Staff is really superb about handling issues, and completely respects privacy. Still have not tried restaurant because hotel guests are banned during special events...3 visits in a row!

Outdoor deck is great, and the bar is good. Location is not bad. Hotel is contemporary - but it is an old mill. Rooms are concrete squares. Overall it was a good stay, but during the day, no real good work area once they close the dinner room, lobby is not great for actually working in.

We had a one night stay that we enjoyed in every way. The staff was especially friendly.

A microwave and refrigerator would have been nice

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Some older reviews I found about the place made me skeptical but I was very pleased with the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing with great water pressure and a big shower head. The only thing that creeped me out a bit is the abandoned factory next door (it only creeped me out at night when we would arrive back to the room late) but I must also state that i'm a big scary cat lol. I later looked into it and the factory is called the Pontiac Mills where the fruit of the loom business and the factory is pretty neat and historic. My Girlfriend was dying to sneak into the abandoned factory to take pictures inside but I couldn't do it lol. Either way our stay was lovely the staff was really friendly during check in and check out. I didn't get to try out anything from their restaurant. We're vegetarians and love to try out the local vegetarian restaurants in Providence. Would I stay here again? definitely!

Staff was so helpful and friendly. Wish I had more time just to spend town and in the restaurant

Fun hotel in old warehouse. Very Clean. Convenient to airport.

The deck is great for drinks and the rooms have a really interesting decor.

My mom and I stayed here for a half-marathon I ran in downtown Providence. The hotel was very cute and I loved the room and dining area. The shower is amazing. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. The only problem was that it was an expensive cab ride to and from downtown, although looking back I could have rented a car. I liked the hotel so much I stayed at another NYLO in Texas.

I enjoyed our stay at Nylo. I love the style of the hotel and the simplistic decor of the rooms. The sheets and beds are extremly comfortable. I was surprised that the bar was quiet because when I was last there (prior to the flood) it had music and was jammed packed. I will definately go back!!!!

Modern loft-style hotel, great prices. Have stayed there many times. Location good only if you have a car.

what more can I say...then they didn't want to get me a new room they tried to change the sheets It would have been good

I grew up in the town where NYLO is located and remember when it was a mill. Nice that they rehabbed the mill and turned it into a hotel. I sleep like a baby when I stay there.

I grew up in Warwick and I always stay here when I return for a visit. Great vibe in the place as it is in a converted textile mill. Super friendly staff. Nice gym. Best shoer I've ever been in great place to stay.. Great location. A mall & multiplex across the street. Easy access to highways & near airport.

Aweful, customer service was non existent, 4.50 for a glass of water

TV did not work for the 3 nights I stayed there. Every time maintenance came up they had to fix it. One time a hotel staff told me how I could fix it. When I tried, it did not work and when another person came up I was talked sternly to. Staff was very rude and unattentive. Charged me 3.75 for a glass of water at the restaurant. Upon my check out they handed me someone else's bill. I have stayed at 2star hotels that have treated me better than this. Stay away Btw..first bad review I have ever written about any hotel.

Clean ,comfortable , reasonably priced and ecologically correct room. Keep in mind that the walls, floor and ceiling are raw cement. Room is white and gray. Beds are comfy. Modern almost futuristic

The minute I saw the room I felt like asking for my money back. Its a slim room with cement walls. No refrig,no microwave,no morning coffee or Danish. the gym was a joke with just a few pcs of equipment. I got the view of a dirty river and an old falling apart mill complex. Anytime u asked the staff something you got the rolling eyes look. I will never go there again. I went down the street at Extended Sta ND WAS SURPRISED THAT FOR $20 CHEAPER THE ROOMS were grest. kitchen ,stove and morning fruit, coffee, oatmean and muffins and oh yeah the free paper

Loved it would totally recommend it! Cool design and in a good location, near main highway and places to eat.
