We loved our stay- wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful facilities and nice breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyable stay at a reasonable price.

The front desk staff, the room cleaning staff, the restaurant team, and the support staff provide top notch service and are very customer focused. Wonderful hotel!

This place is amazing and dining on the river was beautiful; the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Pros: The design of the hotel (a former warehouse space), including rooms, is lovely and modern. The view of the river is wonderful (our room had a river view) and the terrace is a great place to look at it. The bar is beautiful and well stocked, with nice bar staff. All the hotel employees we met were nice and helpful. The rooms are cool looking, if you don't mind an industrial feel (concrete floors and walls). The shower is very roomy and has frosted glass - when you turn on the light, the curved shower wall becomes a light in the room. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The room had a Keurig machine. Cons: I booked through Orbitz, and on arrival was told there would be a $50 incidentals fee per night!! That was, frankly, upsetting. I've never had to pay fees that high before, and I didn't see it mentioned when I booked. There is NO room service. When the hotel is over 50% booked, I was told, the restaurant does a buffet for breakfast and they're not allowed to let people take food out. So I wasn't allowed to bring food to my husband, who suffers from insomnia and couldn't come downstairs during ordinary breakfast hours. So, he didn't eat until later. NO dressers or closet in the room, just a little area with hangers, and there was a piece of furniture with small cubby holes that might be used to store shoes. NO refrigerator in the room! Light switches, outlets, and window near bed were hard to reach. The bathroom light shines throughout the room - could wake up a sleeper.

Very cool place to stay! Staff was also very nice.

3rd stay at this property, and will likely return. First, staff couldn't be friendlier, but I found billing issues frustrating and incomprehensible. Hotel double "authorized" $944 on our business Credit Card and restricted available credit, so had to use personal card for $372 business expense. Thought issue was resolved after conversation with Manager, then discovered another "authorization" on business card that required Credit Card company conference call with Hotel. "Authorizations" on credit card were released quickly, but the aggravation I went through left me quite cranky. I like the idea of this Loft style hotel, and continue to stay here as a local option because it is different, and dog friendly. Outside space and gym are highpoints. Some rooms are cramped and oddly laid out with cheap furnishings that are not comfortable or holding up well over time. Tall ceilings give illusion of spaciousness, but I find it difficult to navigate around the furniture without bumping something. Minor annoyances have occured each visit, but nothing that is a earthshaking. Staff is really superb about handling issues, and completely respects privacy. Still have not tried restaurant because hotel guests are banned during special events...3 visits in a row!

Outdoor deck is great, and the bar is good. Location is not bad. Hotel is contemporary - but it is an old mill. Rooms are concrete squares. Overall it was a good stay, but during the day, no real good work area once they close the dinner room, lobby is not great for actually working in.

We had a one night stay that we enjoyed in every way. The staff was especially friendly.

A microwave and refrigerator would have been nice

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Some older reviews I found about the place made me skeptical but I was very pleased with the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing with great water pressure and a big shower head. The only thing that creeped me out a bit is the abandoned factory next door (it only creeped me out at night when we would arrive back to the room late) but I must also state that i'm a big scary cat lol. I later looked into it and the factory is called the Pontiac Mills where the fruit of the loom business and the factory is pretty neat and historic. My Girlfriend was dying to sneak into the abandoned factory to take pictures inside but I couldn't do it lol. Either way our stay was lovely the staff was really friendly during check in and check out. I didn't get to try out anything from their restaurant. We're vegetarians and love to try out the local vegetarian restaurants in Providence. Would I stay here again? definitely!

Staff was so helpful and friendly. Wish I had more time just to spend town and in the restaurant

Fun hotel in old warehouse. Very Clean. Convenient to airport.

The deck is great for drinks and the rooms have a really interesting decor.

My mom and I stayed here for a half-marathon I ran in downtown Providence. The hotel was very cute and I loved the room and dining area. The shower is amazing. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. The only problem was that it was an expensive cab ride to and from downtown, although looking back I could have rented a car. I liked the hotel so much I stayed at another NYLO in Texas.

I enjoyed our stay at Nylo. I love the style of the hotel and the simplistic decor of the rooms. The sheets and beds are extremly comfortable. I was surprised that the bar was quiet because when I was last there (prior to the flood) it had music and was jammed packed. I will definately go back!!!!

Modern loft-style hotel, great prices. Have stayed there many times. Location good only if you have a car.

what more can I say...then they didn't want to get me a new room they tried to change the sheets It would have been good

I grew up in the town where NYLO is located and remember when it was a mill. Nice that they rehabbed the mill and turned it into a hotel. I sleep like a baby when I stay there.

I grew up in Warwick and I always stay here when I return for a visit. Great vibe in the place as it is in a converted textile mill. Super friendly staff. Nice gym. Best shoer I've ever been in great place to stay.. Great location. A mall & multiplex across the street. Easy access to highways & near airport.
