The curtains need to be cleaned. I asked for towels and they said they didn't have no more let them go look before checking out before check out time I walk past a door open I look it full of towels I said look at this and I payed my money and you giving me a problem.

I went for the suite because it had the jetted tub. Although only 1 of the jets was functional,but for the price of $140 a night I would say the suite was good.they did forget the cloths for your face all the other hand towels and body towels were there.for the price and location it was decent.I may have did something wrong but the wifi seemed to be a bit difficult to connect to for the purpose of watching youtube,tubi,netflix etc.

Staying here was a mistake. There was zero heat in the lobby and breakfast room and hallway, when it was 3 degrees F outside. The room on the other hand was too hot so I had to turnoff the heat at night. Allso there was water running inside the wall making noise all night. No one manning front desk because it was so cold.

The staff was quite put a smile on their face ,, it was cold all thru out the hotel down the hallways the lobby etc,, I couldn’t take a shower Saturday when I awoke the hot water was broken so had to wait til late Saturday night to take a shower ,, the beds were very hard and now my body is stiff so it wasn’t the best experience after driving 7 hours from Ohio to New York but I tried to make the best of it,,

The hotel is dated and in need of a significant refurbishment. When you enter the lobby, the hotel smells a bit damp. The sheets on my bed were heavily stained. The sheets in my friend’s room were dirty and they had not changed them from the previous occupant. There was something in the hotel that I was allergic too and made me sneeze. The breakfast is very basic (toast, bagels, Kellogg cereals, etc). I expected a lot more for $1,000 per room for 2 nights. I don’t mind paying that for a nice hotel but this was a complete rip off

Room note ready for check-in due to a night before bridal party per front desk, was told that the room would be ready at 4pm not able to get in until about 5; hotel front desk told Hotel.com rep Jospeh, room was ready at 4, checked in at 5pm, Had an event at 5, didn't make it to my event until 7pm, mind you it was suppose to be ready at 3pm mins away and we were late. Room not cleaned had to go get towels from the front desk, before getting dressed. Room smelled like pee upon entering. It's sad that you stay with a hotel that is able to disrupt your plans due to their lack of planning and staffing and hotel.com doesn't even make an effort to ask the hotel for a discounted rate to compensate.The cellular reception is not good in this area, if you need directions, you need to have a pre- prepare your route and no calls coming in or going out.
