Booked this place knowing it had A/C because it has been so hot during our trip to Ireland and called the desk and they came to the room and clicked something and said it would be on in 30 minutes. Never came on.
It’s so peaceful there. Best full body message I ever had. FYI; My friend had the facial and didn’t like it so I would skip the facial. You must insist on the message if you book a package because they will try the switch you to the facial instead of what you book. Afternoon tea is worth a try as was the seafood chowder. Very beautiful. Only problem is the plumbing drains slow. But we were so relaxed there we couldn’t even complain. Definitely worth a visit.
We booked a sea view room and it was great. We look forward to our next stay.

The hotel is very nice and has some fantastic views. The service was very disappointing, especially in the Jameson Bar as it took nearly two hours to eat dinner as we were largely ignored by the service staff.
Loved the views, and the grounds. Also great restaurant and staff. The shower was a little dated and dark.
A great place to stay
Property was on the beach. It also had a golf course and pro shop if you like to play golf. It had 2 restaurants and also room service. The rooms were big and the beds very comfortable, even the twin beds. Everyone working there was very professional and friendly. A very nice place to spend s few nights.
I stayed 2 nights. Everything was exceptional, from the overall appearance of the hotel to the friendliness if the staff. The food at the bar and restaurant was very good. The servers were very polite and professional. The creme brûlée was the best. I forgot to mention it is also on the beach and very quiet at night. I would definitely stay again.
Beautiful property overlooking the Irish Sea
Stayed one night at this lovely property. We arrived late but were greeted warmly. We inquired about dinner and were directed to the hotel restaurant. They were 15 minutes from closing, but stayed open so we could have a hot meal. The room was beautifully appointed with wonderful toiletries and comfy beds. We were given a sea view room and appreciated the beautiful location of the hotel in the morning. Would absolutely stay here again.
Restaurants onsite. Beach and Malahide nearby. Close to airport. No air conditioning in rooms as listed under room details. Front desk advised that only deluxe rooms had ac. I reviewed my reservation and it clearly stated that the room that I booked had air conditioning and garden view. Sadly, we had neither. Room was very warm and because we were on ground floor leaving the window open at night was not an option. Taxi service to and from Dublin City Centre was 70 €
Overall we enjoyed the resort but several days housekeeping did a poor job of attending to our room. The restaurant and bar were also very nice but also one time we had a problem with the service.
Excellent hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. First class links golf course (a little over priced compared with similar courses in Scotland). Great atmosphere and food in the pub. Hotel restaurant very good.

The property was gorgeous, well kept and in a great location. The staff, with a couple of exceptions were horrible. Multiple times I was asked if I was a guest, while being looked up and down, as if I didnt look like I could be one. Ive never experience that level of snobbery in the 29 countries and countless hotels I visited. It was a huge turn off for the property. I couldnt recommend it for that reason alone.
