Awesome being so close to great sites and the beach! Great live music and food! Awesome accommodations and very fair pricing!

Staff was really nice! Very simple rooms. In the PERFECT location.

Hotel was ok. I like that it was near the beach and had a bar with that being said we had one receptionist that was very rude.

Stayed one night. The hotel is older and bit tired. The location and the on-site pub are definitely a plus. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very basic. No air conditioning, and even with the windows open, the room was uncomfortably warm. The cot provided was flimsy and uncomfortable. Would still consider using this location again.

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk was very nice & helpful. We were arriving on train before check-in & with advanced warning (a quick email couple days prior to stay) they were willing to hold our bags. When we arrived, our room was ready ahead of time which was wonderful since we wanted to relax after our long train ride. After relaxing a spell, we went down to the pub located off of the hotel & had a lovely lunch. The part I enjoyed the most was the beach just across the road which was visible from our room. It was a quiet, wonderful beach that was used by no more than 10-15 people at a time, a lot of runners & people walking their dogs (& 1 guy crazy enough to get into the 50 degree water to play in the surf). We enjoyed walking the length of the beach which was about half a mile & collecting some beautiful seashells that are on the beach by the thousands. I don't think too many tourists know about this beach as it was in pristine condition. I wish we could have had more than one night at this hotel. It was a beautiful location.
