Great rooms, new and clean. Nice area to pull into to drop off bags. Room service on the other hand was terrible. The food was terribly cooked and unimpressive for a 5 star hotel. The service aspect of it was great though. Too many great restaurants in Portland to bother with the in room dining.

Everything from A-Z was elite. The room, view, service, amenities (the gym and spa are excellent), the food, and the location. If you’re in Portland and want a special experience, go to the Ritz Carlton
