Excellent location, good staff, great breakfast and clean.

Friendly helpful staff all around. Clean comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Walkable to downtown

I wish the price of stay could be lower ($135 per night, tax included). When I visited the Monterey, CA during Thanksgiving, I found a deal that costs me $126, tax included! Now it's non-peak travel season, so I expected the price of stay to be lower.

Delicious included breakfast and proximity to MAX.

First room had water dripping from the ceiling, paid extra for a "comfort room" with a view. Ended up next to the noisy maid closet with no view; or comfort for that matter. :(

Excellent breakfast.

The hotel has friendly and helpful staff, that were knowledgeable about the local area. One of the best free breakfast buffets of any hotel I've stayed at, fresh cooked eggs, bacon ,potato's and french bread as well as the usual muffins and cereal, Coffee tea and juice. It's also one of the more affordable options near PSU and OHSU. Would definitely recommend.

Great location

The place was alright. I didn't like we had to pay for our parking $13 then had to pay $25 per dog. If it's pet friendly then why we paying so much for dogs.

This was an absolutely fabulous stay! The staff were lovely. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I loved the location-I could walk to the Saturday market, a fabulous pizza place (Schmizza Pizza) the waterway-so great! The breakfast was unexpected and wonderful-I had the choice to stay there and eat or take it to my room and appreciated that. Please leave a tip for those service employees! Checkout was a breeze-I will absolutely stay here next time I’m in Portland!

Great location, clean and quiet room, courteous and capable front desk staff, amazing fresh breakfast.

Parking was separate, though it does state in description, at the bottom, most places in Oregon include parking. I should have read fine print. The University owns the parking lot? Nowhere else to park nearby. No food nearby, within walking distance. If visiting the University, this might be the place, otherwise, not the best choice.

Excellent location and nice property , very friendly staff

Hotel was outdated and rooms smelled bad. Dirty carpets, found cat/dog hairs on bedding. Overall very bad. Wont b staying here again!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Good breakfast. Old room.

The property on the outside needed some updating. But when you got into e rooms, they were very nice. It was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in a long time. We clearly heard our neighbors though.

For the price we paid and the room accomodation it was not bad. I will still recommend it for budget constraints people who are not picky.

Awesome breakfast, room service came in the secind day while we were gone and cleaned the rooms, while also leaving then smelling fresh and sanitized.

Thank you for choosing our hotel, Jacob. We are very sorry for the water leak that occurred and hoped that moving you to another recently renovated room with the same features would assure your comfort, but it seems that we missed the mark. If your travels bring you back to Portland we would be grateful for another opportunity to impress you.
