The internet would not connect and requests for support from the desk or internet support were met with "we don't do that" this is unacceptable if free wifi is offered and considered in the selection of a hotel, especially one that caters to business clients

Outdated building but nice large room with comfy bed and very nice staff. Great for the price. Close to PSU

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Property amenities were nice. Was pretty nice to have easy access to the pool with a sliding door on the first floor. Cleanliness of property was nice, but the room was awful.

good location, parking is not free as ads. to price is high.

They need some maintenance. Faucet broke, lamp broke, bathtub did not drain well. They did come up right away. Need a tv in fitness center and coffee in lobby early

High parking costs. Everything else was great. I recommend this property.

Carpet & furniture old & worn, therefore needs to be replaced.

Mattresses were uncomfortable. Upgrade your room for the sake of the mattress. Staff at restaurant was friendly, but the "bites" could use some work. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgable.

My room was not very clean. Stains on the lamps and very old and not updated room. There was an XL sticker from a shirt stuck to the side of the microwave.

Location right off the freeway is handy. Room was in need of refurbishment (stains, burn holes in carpet, etc.) but was a cheap (for Portland) place to stay for the night.

Good location to access public transit. Odd no usb outlet to be found.

You should probably warn people they charge $20 per night to park your car

Average lodging experience. Must pay for parking there is no early check-in. Must pay additional fees if you arrive an hour to the normal check-in time. Never had that happen before. GREED!!!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, which was a big plus. The location of the hotel is right across the street from a Max stop and two bus stops, which makes it possible to get to anywhere in Portland (especially if you use the Max trip planner on its website). Overall, I thought the hotel was great. But for those looking for “luxury,” it’s not going to be found here. My only complaint, and it is a small one, is that there is a certain “dingy” quality to the hotel. It is clean, but has not been updated in a long time. The linens — both bed sheets and towels — are rough and not soft, and the towels are thin. This is not a huge problem, but it is worth noting.
