Really enjoyed the stay here - friendly staff, clean room & a complimentary breakfast. The only minor gripes were the AC in the room (somewhat toothless) & the fact there was no text alert stating the room was ready. I had to check with front desk staff to determine this. Odd in this day & age. I would definitely recommend & stay again.

Enjoyable Stay
Enjoyed the stay very much. Prefer a TV guide, but I don't watch much when on vacation. The hotel was great for dogs and so I didn't mind the little bit of hair I found under the dresser. I could of been from my dogs, but I did not find it when we traveled to another location and stayed at a different hotel. Loved the breakfasts they had and the guy working at the entrance was super nice and hard working. It was safe and close to where I needed to be.

Hotel staff were nice and friendly. The elevator was slow and did not work well, rooms were dated but beds were comfortable. Could use rugs in the rooms since they removed the carpet.

This place was bad for so many reasons. 1. We found an uncapped NEEDLE on the floor of our room! Not where I expected to see that in Portland, but there you go. 2. Our fridge didn’t work. They fixed it when asked on day #2 3. Our hairdryer didn’t work. They got it to work only on low/cool, so basically they didn’t fix it. 4. The room smelled smoky/dusty. On the upside, the cleaner was sweet and the beds were comfortable. Location is a bit out, but fine. The manager 'addressed' these matters by comping our parking & the room for one night...should have been the whole thing for all of these issues, but especially one so dangerous with the needle.

This hotel is crying for a renovation. Uncomfortable cheap mattresses, filthy carpet, bad breakfast, expensive parking and the fronf desk staff had no clue. The one highlight was the cleaner who waa delightful.

Great Deal for the Price Breakfast included top-notch The only problem was that there was a "fan noise" in the hallway, probably from the ice machine motor, which could be heard inside the rooms as well and was a bit annoying to sleep with
