The location is very much convenient especially if you plan on taking the rail system. There's a rail stop right outside the hotel. Though it's close to a rail stop, the place still felt safe and is quiet. The staff is very friendly (would like to specifically appreciate Mary at the front desk) and they even welcome you with warm cookies. I absolutely love the delicious breakfast they provided with the stay. There is on site parking which they waive for you stay which is a pus too as many hotels in Portland don't have on site parking.

Good location, friendly staff and good value

Location great clean comfortable hotel. Great free parking. Easy access to public transportation

Enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect - I was walking distance to so much in downtown and close to public transportation.

I called on the morning of my arrival and asked for early check in availability and what the fee was. CJ was so friendly and said sure no problem come on down. No charge and again was treated like a guest, not a nuisance the way most other places i stay are now. The guest is still the guest, their money still vital to the hotels survival. Walking through the halls it looks pretty run down and old. The room was clean, well appointed, had older furniture, but was nice. There was a back porch area with chairs that was nice. Overall the customer service GREAT from all the staff I worked with the hotel is old but for downtown Portland the price reflected that. I will definitely stay here again!

Didn't look like the pictures i viewed online. Wasn't that clean. The front desk people we're really nice though.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quiet room.

This hotel is very run down and in poor condition. Not recommended.

It’s clean and convenient to down town. Older and needs some updating. Breakfast was ok but all the tables were dirty. Doesn’t look like anyone goes around to clean after people leave.

Didn't know you had to pay for parking.. I also didn't think to check. The carpet was super outdated and old and the shoe leading outside was really loose so you could hear traffic, which actually made for a nice white noise.

This is the second time I’ve stayed and it was even better. The restaurant and rooms have been updated and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I’d stay again when in the area. The location is perfect and price can’t be beat for downtown.

The internet would not connect and requests for support from the desk or internet support were met with "we don't do that" this is unacceptable if free wifi is offered and considered in the selection of a hotel, especially one that caters to business clients

Outdated building but nice large room with comfy bed and very nice staff. Great for the price. Close to PSU

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Property amenities were nice. Was pretty nice to have easy access to the pool with a sliding door on the first floor. Cleanliness of property was nice, but the room was awful.

good location, parking is not free as ads. to price is high.

They need some maintenance. Faucet broke, lamp broke, bathtub did not drain well. They did come up right away. Need a tv in fitness center and coffee in lobby early

Thank you for being our guest and for taking time to share your positive experience. We agree that Mary is great with guests, that the cookies are a nice treat, and that our breakfast is impressive! We share your appreciation for the temporary pause in charging hotel guests for parking. See you next time!
