This spacious apartment is equipped with essential amenities to ensure a pleasant stay, including a well-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals at home. The Neighborhood:

What a great location in the heart of Playa del Carmen! The condo complex is near the famous 5th Avenue (La Quinta Avenida!), lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, souvenir shops, vibrant malls and more! and a 1-2 minute walk to the beach at Coco Beach at the end of Av. CTM. You’ll be within about 1 block from Martina Beach Club and 2 blocks to Encanto Beach Club.



Getting Around:

The condo is about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange airport transportation. Please let us know if you need any assistance. If you come by car, you’ll have parking at the complex, but just know this location puts you within walking distance of almost everything!



For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) or the first-class ADO bus where you need to go.



Other Things to Note:

Electricity is included in short-term stays. For long-term stays over 27 days, there is an electricity charge of $6 MXN per kW (according to the meter reading at your arrival and departure).



The apartment has a bar in the roof, noise can be expected due to the lively atmosphere.



It is strictly prohibited to hang any clothing or towels on the balcony. Violation of this rule can lead to fines ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 MXN. Note that these fines may apply even if you are not present at the time when the report is made.



Daily housekeeping is not available however, if you’d like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.



Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please respect the pool hours and pool rules at the condominium complex.



Interaction with Guests:

It’s a self-check-in property using a door code. You must first stop at the front reception/security desk upon check-in on the first day to register. Each time you come to the building, the security guard will open the door (for registered guests).

Beautiful location but loud location

The location was wonderful. Incredible views on roof pool of the ocean and beach. You are next to a beach club so the loud music all day long and sometimes into the night is awful. That would be why we won’t return. Also you will receive only one towel for showers per person, no matter how long your stay, so you may want to bring some with you

Very clean and modern condo on a nice beach. Only drawback was our last night there was a party at the beach club nextdoor that lasted till 4 am.

Le condo était propre et exactement comme les photos le présentent. La piscine sur le toit ! Un must avec les enfants. L’emplacement est super, un peu à l’écart de la zone touristique mais facilement accessible à pied. La plage est tranquille et pas trop achalandée. Oui, il y a des algues mais ce n’est pas majeur. Les restos à proximité sont bien et pas trop cher. Mention spécial à Salenta, la pizza est extraordinaire et c’est à 2 minutes à pieds.Seul petit point négatif, c’est juste à côté d’un beach Club, mais la musique ne nous a incommodé qu’une nuit pendant toute la semaine. Le personnel d’accueil est sympathique, le stationnement est sécurisé. Le contact avec les propriétaires est facile et ils sont très accommodantsBref, très cool, je recommande !
