Property is old and it is noticable by worn carpets and lack of numbers on the door. They lost my reservation and have messy system with unclear access. No additional amenities except coffee and fridge. Breakfast was advertised but not available at 6am except coffee. Shuttle works well.

This is a rebranded Hampton so it is already an upscale place. Clarion has taken it over. The doors have taped up number and can see the Hampton brand where they took the sign down. Can’t wait to see this place once the rebranding and new paint is done. Will stay again for sure. Best of all it is Close to airport

The staff was deplorable. Two people that were at the desk at check in. One helped us, the other was trashing other employees while harshly talking about the lack of help. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the tub wouldn’t drain. Didn’t get my waters as an honors member. In the morning the lady at the desk was abrasive. ‘Schooling’ any guest. Will absolutely never recommend. Zero food, WiFi was also not working. The Hampton Inn has officially turned into a trashy subpar ‘hotel’…that term is used loosely. If you want comfort, you’re best served elsewhere or perhaps sleeping overnight in your vehicle.

There was no curtain in our room, only blinds. Let in the light form the parking lot. Noisy people above us, bad to have a lower room. We were in a handicapped room. We did not ask or need this. The bushes around the property needed trimming, Good breajkfast

It’s a bit isolated. My flight was late and it was close to 9:30pm when I got to the hotel…restaurants were too far away to walk to that late at night…at least for me as a woman traveling alone. And the hotel only has vending machines with really…not very good options…

We need to do better

Checking in was a disaster, because there was only one lady managing the front counter. She was overwhelmed with the number of people trying to check in and her computer malfunctioning. Also, the entitlement of some of the patrons was sickening.
