This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. It was filthy, unkempt, the bed was unworthy of anyone sleeping in due to old, dirty linens. I slept in my clothes on my coats to avoid touching any surfaces. I could not wait to get out in the morning. The place should be shut down

The room didn't seem like it was cleaned. There was hair on the sheets, the cover over the sheets was stained and nasty looking, floor had soft spots that made you wonder if you were going to fall through. Bathroom door was getting stuck on the bathroom floor.

No complaints, but the shower was confusing. If you stay there, be warned, the hot water needs to be turned on separately lest you experience an ice cold shower as I did. I was looking for an inexpensive bed to sleep in prior to leaving for an early flight the next morning and the hotel certainly fit the fill

Typical Wyndham/Super 8 which is okay, but had issues with staff communication/information at times. Was told there is no bus that goes there, but in fact there is. Bus service is very limited and this is further confused by both the number 21 and 21M with the word Coraopolis on the bus header for two different buses- but only the M version stops at the hotel and could run as infrequently as every hour or more. When taking the bus to the property, always ask the driver if that is the right one because even the driver noted the confusion had by passengers, and the wrong 21 bus does not stop anywhere near this property. A few staffers had heavy accents making them difficult to understand. Some definitely need to speak better English and slowly (meant to be a helpful comment). The room and property were good overall.

Very dirty . Smell of weed all through the building . Light did not work , switch was broken. Window locks were broken no outlet cover on the receptacle. Also did not work . Door lock was broken , and all of the linen on the bed was stained badly . Hair on the pillow cases . I did not even stay there . Lost 150 dollars .

This was one of the worst days I've ever had. The smell around the lobby is bad I don't if it was left over food from the staff, the smell of the motel or what it was but it was constant in the lobby and hallways. The outside ultra dirty, lower parking nasty. The motel is used as a long term stay on the first floor which doesn't help the property stay clean. The people staying there are not the cleanest.

The need for window washers, the front door area needs curb appeal, the paint is coming off the door, the shades or curtains crooked when driving in...it just needs a paint job...curb appeal ya know. But for a one night prior to the flight the bed was comfy.noise was in the halls, but it's people who need to respect other people's rest, that doesn't belong to the owners.
