The airport shuttle was easy to find. All the staff were courteous. Our room was on the second floor and since you have no elevator, it was a little more difficult for my wife to transverse the stairs. However, if I had made a note of that per our reservation, perhaps they would’ve given us a Ground floor room. Our room was old and outdated. And it did smell old as well. It was fairly clean for an old room! The complementary breakfast was good.

Not impressed. The property is very run down. Room was small, bed very hard and uncomfortable. The bathtub/shower did not drain. Blinds on the window did not keep out much light and there are no curtains to pull over them. Would NOT stay here again. On a good note, staff was friendly.

The employees are super super nice. The breakfast is pretty good as well. I personally probably wouldn’t stay here again just because the rooms are a little to ran down. But for the price in a pinch it was fine. The area is safe and felt comfortable with cars being parked outside. The employees were extremely nice which helps the hotel out tremendously.

Hotel is run down. Mildew smell throughout the halls. Room was ok for price. Bathroom is out dated. Curtains were broken. Lobby staff was not helpful at all. Didn’t show us where our room was. Just pointed and said that our rooms were around the corner.

It made me feel good when they scan my ticket and they greeted me personally for an example when they scan my ticket they said good morning Mr Merritt thank you for flying with United have a good day and safe trip to your destination it made me feel like I was somebody not just a passenger the Personal Touch was outstanding I think it will go a long ways if at all your airline and every state in City would do that because when I was in Pittsburgh going to Denver they just said have a a good flight that really didn't do anything for me it just made me feel like a regular passenger but when I was in Denver going to Pittsburgh they greeted me by my last name which made me feel great
