Check-in and set ice at the front desk was food.The room and bathroom was a bit dated. The temperature of the room would not stay consistent, It was either too cold or too hot. The overall experience was okay, it was not bad.

Employees were awesome. Whoever was working as housekeeping the David came in was amazing. I had two kids. Lots of luggage and a family emergency and the luggage kept falling off the rack and housekeeping helped me get it in the room. Just stepped right in when I needed it. They were amazing

Why should we clean our own room?

What has happened to servicing your room? Nowhere is it stated that your room WILL NOT BE CLEANED until after your second night. A sticker on the bathroom mirror alerted us to this “policy”, after check in. Isn’t cleaning, fresh towels, making beds part of what you pay for? Poor customer experience!!!

When we arrived, the check in process was very easy and it’s pet friendly which is a bonus since I had to bring my 2 babies. The staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was really good!
