We stayed here for one night because we were flying out of Pittsburgh the next morning. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful however the room was filthy, there was dirt around the shower, hair on the sink… it was just overall disgusting. The room with vending and the ice machine had an overwhelming odor of urine.

Stay was good enough, staff was helpful and we had no major issues. Our stay was serviceable for the price, and location was very convenient for downtown bus service. Hotel was a little dated, but it fit our needs just fine.

Once i landed i called the hotel and got a lady i could barely understand. I waited for the shuttle. The man driving the shuttle was a little aggressive driving. The man working the front during the day was a bit rude. When our stay was up we asked for a shuttle. The man said we had to wait until 11 to get a ride back to the airport. When the shuttle arived my SO asked the man if he needed help. He snaped at him and said this is my job isnt it? That was unnecessary. He could have just said im good thank you. The hotel only offered 2 towels eventhough we had said 4 people where staying. We tried to get 2 more towels but they said we had to wait until the next day to get them. So we just washed them. The laundry room was horrible, the door didnt close right so when it was windy the door flew open. The only good thing about that place was the gas station down the street. It had good food and lovely staff.

Room was far from clean and needed maintenance in multiple places. I also waited over an hour for the airport shuttle. I am not one to leave bad reviews on hotels, but everything was dirty and run down here. The toilet didn't flush, the floor hasn't been vacuumed in a while, the elevator is on its last leg, and the room was as cold as outside for several hours after I turned the heat up. I'm not sure what was all over the dust ruffle, but it looked like blood splattered from a crime scene that someone tried to wash and then put it back on the bed. This hotel was cheap, but it wasn't cheap enough. I've stayed in hostels in foreign countries, and this was pretty close.

Perfect for a quick overnight before an early flight. Clean and quiet. Shuttle on time in the morning although we had to wait about 20 minutes for it the night before at the airport. Breakfast was ok, but only microwave/toaster stuff for hot choices.
