We had to book 4 rooms for a student convention. They were very accommodating, made sure we had our breakfast, brought in new towels, and were understanding about all the glitter!
We stayed here for 1 evening and for the price ($55) it was pretty good. We booked this location because they offered an outdoor hottub next to the pool which was very relaxing. The pool is very small even though the hotel photos make it look big The only concern we had was that we thought it was closer to the airport ( we flew in ) and it was easily a 20 minute drive. There is no airport shuttle and a taxi would have been $45. We ended up using the blue Super Shuttle which was $23 from the airport to hotel The room was clean with no concerns and included a fridge and good cable t v The continental breakfast was included and included small muffins, apple and orange juice, cereal, bengals and you can make waffles There was an ice machine near the lobby and a washer and dryer for longer stays. There is several restaurants in this area and located just off the highway If you live on the area, this is a pretty good place to stay. If you are flying into Phoenix and looking for s cheaper place to stay, expect to pay another $75 in taxi or Uber fees from the airport
This has been one of my best stays in a long time. The value of the value of this hotel cannot be beat. Most outstanding was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Very quiet and very comfortable. I will return when in Phoenix.
The Travelodge Phoenix, let me start by saying Mike Patel is a great Manager. That being said there is always room for improvements, the motel was in good condition with a few minor things needing improvement like upgrading the Microwaves and Refrigerators mostly how they are plugged in, Breakfast really needs to updated having a few more choices like toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, along with the waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal and some instant oatmeal. Overall this property is in a good location and worth the money. I would recommend it.
The motel was pretty average and decent. The location is with in walking distance of many shops, stores and amenities. The staff was very friendly and the maid staff did a great job of cleaning the room daily. The price per night was decent and affordable My overall experience was very positive.
I travel to Phoenix regularly, for business. I have stayed here at this Travelodge numerous times. The staff here is very friendly, personable, and accommodating. The rooms are clean and orderly. I look forward to my next stay.
The gentlemen at the front desk was really nice! I guess it's a family hotel, I saw them working together cleaning up and tending to customers. The beds were very hard, very uncomfortable! I guess you get what you pay for.
Was not happy with my stay at all, the room was disgusting, smelled bad, bed sheets were stained, box springs had tracks of bed bugs, walls were dirty, sink was dirty, room had hair left behind from previous guest, bathroom had a random piece of wood on wall, tub was stained and most of all the a/c didnt even cool the room. I will NEVER stay here again.
We are from Japan. We visited phoenix, always stay this motel. Staff are all very friendly and honest. We like this motel !! We would like to say thank you !!
The front desk staff is very warm and friendly. They are very accommodating, and welcome your questions and comments. The room was neat and clean, and the furnishings were in good condition. I will stay here again.
