This beautifully furnished 3 story Condo in North Phoenix is located just off Carefree Hwy and I-17 and is within walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores. We're 10 miles from Lake Pleasant, 90 miles from Scenic Sedona. You have access to 3 pools (one is heated year-round) and a Jacuzzi, and a wilderness hiking trail right outside your front door! There is a bedroom and full bathroom on each level, with the main living space on the second floor. The two car garage has an EV charging outlet, and the laundry room is inside the Condo. Condo is stocked with all linens, kitchen necessities (including a 7day supply of coffee pods for the Keurig) , and starter soaps & shampoos.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
