I didnt like the mouse poop on the pullout couch beds in 2 rooms. The 1st room had mouse droppings on the sheets of the pullout and then the 2nd room they placed us in also had the same issues. They upgraded my room and reimbursed me but if it wasnt for the time of night, i wouldve left and gotten another hotel elsewhere. Employees on duty were great though.

Although we had requested for cleaning, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. The toilet in our room didn't flush all the way and was running water throughout the night. We called for maintenance in the afternoon and was told they would show up the next morning - they didn't show up at all that next day. An entire day later someone from maintenance tried to enter our room at 8AM without knocking or anything! We asked them to come back in an hour when we were awake. No one came back. Toilet was still not flushing properly and running water and we called for maintenance AGAIN but was told no one was available. I asked if we could get a key to nearby room just to use a WORKING toilet for the night and was told the room next to us was open but that we'd have to pick up and move all our things (at 9pm). We explained that we were trying to go to sleep because we were leaving at 2AM for the airport and how inconvenient it would be to move all of our things at this point. The staff refused to let us just use the toilet and said we'd have to use the common bathroom on the first floor. We won't be back. We understand and sympathize for the lack of staff and maintenance personnel available but the customer service made no effort to accommodate us during our stay. The pillows on the bed were also terrible. We won't be back.

Poorest breakfast in hotel industry.... staff was poor.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was decent. The hallways could be cleaner though, maybe change out the carpeting.

Nice and convenient place to stay

Our TV wouldn’t work, so we were upgraded to a 2-room suite! The kids loved it!!

Staff was very kind and helpful. Facility was quiet and comfortable.

Location was good, hotel was quiet and seemed clean. But noticeable wear and tear on the doors and in the hallway.

The room was clean, the check in and the lady who checked me in was wonderful. The room I had had a view of a dumpster and the hotel is in a bad need of new carpet and renovation.

There was no breakfast included, the facility smelled rotten, the elevator was so ghetto!
