Conveniently located to the surgery center across the street and the front desk staff was very friendly. The room, however, was dated and there was a long dark hair and an eyelash on my pillow (I'm a blonde). Completely grossed out and I question how often the rooms are cleaned.

We have stayed here twice last year and we’re very pleased both times.

Only thing that needs attention was the desk chair which after being brought up to the top slowly sank as I was trying to eat and read.

Great stay

When we arrived to the Hampton Inn in Limerick, PA it was midnight. We were stopping at the hotel for the night on our drive back to New England from South Carolina. We pulled up to the hotel, under the awning, to find a large group of people. They were playing loud music on speakers, dancing and shouting, drinking alcohol from their own coolers, and eating pizza. This was all happening right at the front door, under the awning of the hotel. When I went to check in, the man at the reception was not very helpful. He was rather rude and seemed bothered that I as checking in - though he wasn't bothered by the party happening outside. Also, the lobby and breakfast area was littered with open cans of alcohol, coolers, and empty pizza boxes. The elevators had crude signs taped in them. And, all through the night, the partiers were coming in and out of the hotel, slamming the doors to their rooms and being loud in the hallways. It was a very disappointing experience. I expect better from a Hampton Inn.

Hotel was nice. Clean staff was friendly. The bed/pillows were not the most comfortable but was fine for the night

The staff was very helpful. We missed the delicious breakfast buffet, due to the health restrictions at this time. Our reservation had not been sent to the hotel from Orbitz, so there was no record of us, but the staff worked it out and gave us the Orbitz rate and the room we had requested.

Basic, clean, I understand breakfast is grab and go but could have had fresh fruit.

Gentleman who worked there was excellent, professional and helpful.

It was clean and had a great breakfast. However, Orbitz told me there was a sleep sofa, which I asked for, and there was none. It wasn't a suite at all, which is what I requested.

It was clean and everyone was nice but the breakfast lady but other then that everything was fine

I was displaced for my home for a week, so i looked for properties with a laundry. I wasnt until after the first night that i found out the laundry was out of order. When i asked the front desk about it i was told its been out of order for 4 weeks. I asked "Why wasnt i told at check in." Response " I dont know." My room was never cleaned nor were clean towels placed in my room. The front desk assured me he would take care of it... They never took care of it. I had to leave and find another place for my family that night. I book rhe hotel to make things less stressful and they only made more problems by giving excuses and false promises.

Everything was great the room pool area and the breakfast. My grandkids loved it

Nothing fancy, but nothing really wrong. Breakfast was just ok.
