Beautiful and delicious breakfast
My Daughter and sisters decided to get away for a night and shop. This was a perfect place to stay! Very welcoming, clean beautiful place to stay. I will definitely stay with Embassy Suites for any trips in the near future.
Away from hustle and bustle of downtown Philly, but an easy drive to get back to city. Very close to Valley Forge and a large King of Prussia mall with many surrounding dining options near the mall. Breakfast was good, but feedback on the eggs and potatoes in the buffet, they were dry each morning. Eggs seemed like they were liquid eggs, cooked up in a batch, so we limited our egg intake until omelets were available on the weekday mornings. They ran out of pillows when asked for an extra, and had no extra bedding on the first night of our stay for the hide a bed. We did get the bedding the following day.
We, unfortunately, had our Toyota Prius catalytic converter stolen from the parking lot of this property overnight. The place was nice and we slept well and the breakfast was nice. But this problem overshadowed the enjoyment of the stay.
Overall the experience was good, little disappointed in the quality of the breakfast selections could have been much better, cheap unbeatable microwave bacon.
Upon arrival, we noticed that we did not have a double bed as we PAID for nor did we have clean room. There was an actual clothing tag left in the toilet, the shower showed residue of the last guest who showered... Need I mention more?! Totally unacceptable, especially in the times we are living in (COVID).

Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay and there was no price reduction for the lack of housekeeping. The bathroom floor was not clean when we checked in and there were hairs around the bathroom. The lock to our door was not functioning and had to have maintenance come repair it...
