A bunch of options for breakfast, and they were yummy. Plus the pool was the perfect depth for my littles. Staff was helpful and friendly. So nice. When I go to Hershey again next year I will probably stay there again.

They booked us into the room right next to the gym, laundry and pool. So loud! No towels at the pool, no hot tub rules listed so it was full of young kids (not the relaxing evening we hoped for), and there was no hot water for showers. Breakfast was average. Fine for a night to stay, but wouldn’t book for an extended time.

The pool has a ton of chlorine and started to burn my eyes. The bathtub don’t hold water as it has a tub stop that suctions to the tub so the only way to drain it is to stand there and hold the stopper up but it also has uneven suction so the bath drains out. The light in the bathroom kept flickering. The room was not kid friendly, easy access to wall outlets for kids to touch and mirrors all over the room. The room did not have hot water and front desk was notified, I was told water can take hours to get hot and after swimming my family needed to bathe, so this was a huge deal breaker. The breakfast food(eggs) were still frozen and the attendants started cleaning and removing items before the 9am end time. There’s a ton of fees you won’t be aware of until after booking(can’t bring in extra guests as they are an additional $200/person) including guests. Dirty linens(stained) can cost up to $250. Definitely one of the worst I’ve stayed at.

Everything was extremely dirty . Reviews say clean. That is defiantly not true. Pillows had hair and dark spots. Towels had stains. Shower was old and dirty. Hallways had big stains. Got there too late or I would have left right away.

The room itself was great, but the water in the showers was luke warm at best so we were unable to shower fully and the breakfast choices were very, very slim.

The stay was sub par No hot water for showers or very little Breakfast same every day nothing changing Ask for house keeping 48 hrs before and when the day arrives it’s not done. And when asked at front desk I was out fault they did not write it down. And asked again for house keeping wait 48hrs and still not done. No coffee in breakfast most mornings and always out. Pool was very much high on chlorine people were all coughing. We stayed 11 days and I will never stay there again. No hot water is a big no no. Just need a good bed and hot shower. I was not asking much I find.
