The property is in very bad condition, the shower had mole, rhe carpet was worn down and dirty, the fridge stinks, the room had so many ants. The hallway smelled so bad and the elevator was broken. Had to take your luggage up and down the stairs

Room was dirty. Property was dated and unclean. No breakfast offered. Fridge broken. Shower didnt work and had 0 pressure. Fitness room was very dirty and had nothing in it. Would not recommend.

The staff was very helpful however they had 2 of the house cleaners call off so there was issues finding clean rooms. none of the ice machines on the 1st floor were working. The vending right outside our room wasnt working. Because of COVID the were not serving the free breakfast. The piol however was open and was jammed packed and we were unable to use it because they locked the door at 8pm.

check in went well- but nothing but issues after that. i will say the front desk staff was friendly and clearly trying their best- the hallway to our room smelled like cigarette smoke, the room itself thankfully did not. we arrived to a dirty room. food left in the microwave, bathroom floor and shower were dirty (actual dirt, soap scum etc) straw wrappers were left in the main room and the bath room . Upon visiting the bathroom, there were only two towels.- this is where the fun first began. They had no more. which was fine until the kids also couldn't swim because they were also out of pool towels. when I opened the pull out it was full of crumbs from previous guests. which led to me purchasing an air mattress. we called it a night and hoped for better luck the next day. The towel issue continued thru our whole stay which led to me doing laundry daily (at my cost) so we could shower and the kids could swim. on day three they ran out of toilet paper.... that was fun. needless to say i do think the desk staff did a great job- there was constantly a line of disgruntled guests and they were never less than polite- but we definitely won't be staying here again.

From the moment we arrived, Ramada was a disappointment. It had snowed a few days before and the parking lot had been randomly plowed and was a mess. We found a rate online but when we asked for that rate she said we had to book it online. So we stood at the counter and booked the room from our phone. We arrived after midnight so we booked it for the current day as you can’t book a reservation for yesterday. She said she couldn’t find our reservation but eventually found it and said we booked it for the wrong day and wouldn’t be able to check in til 3pm!! Mind you it’s 12:30am, we’re exhausted and just want to get some sleep. She insists that we could’ve booked the reservation to start the previous day which is incorrect but she eventually agrees to let us into our room. The hotel in general is in major disrepair. There is paint peeling from the walls, the floors are stained, it’s just bad. And this is supposed to be a 3 star hotel! We get to the room and the floor is very dirty. There’s pieces of candy on the floor, food and crumbs mashed into the carpet and numerous stains. Thankfully the beds were reasonably comfortable and the linens seemed fresh. However, the worst part was when we went to use the bathroom. The toilet was filthy and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks and to top it off, when I lifted the lid, there was a big ole #2 that had been left in the toilet and not flushed. Totally disgusting and unacceptable.

Run down premises in need of updating. Dirty tubs, cracked floors, stained carpet and towels that seemed unwashed. I addition we had an ant infestation in the room. We had ants when waking up in the morning on the bed, desk and sink.

Bath tub was filthy, surfaces had hand prints all over. Fridge was not working.

It was clean and service was good. Close to Hershey

The whole building has a terrible mildew smell except by the pool wing where you are overwhelmed by chlorine fumes. Pool/spa looks like it hasn't been cleaned for months, just add chlorine. Our room toilet seat falling off, and took 1 1/2 days to get someone to plunge the clogged bathroom sink. Still barely went down after. Getting a towel here is near impossible, whether in room or at pool. Breakfast was only thing somewhat good. Nothing here is being maintained.

The staff sucks . The food was disgusting . Noone cleaned my room during my stay . I walked in my room and had no towels . This place is just horrible to stay at . I don't recommend this place to anyone

Room was dirty. Dog kibble from previous person was on the floor. The toilet was rocked and was not firmly attached

Understaffed, less than adequate breakfast, poor plumbing, non working room refrigerator, had to hunt down staff for towels for the pool, dirty room (found food on box spring of bed from previous occupant).....the only good thing was the bed was comfortable with nice, clean bedding

Staff was awesome but the hotel needs some TLC. Pool area had a fake nail in the pool no towels and rusty items in there. A fresh coat of paint would help. The pull out sofa in the room was very uncomfortable to sleep or sit.

The breakfast options were ok for continental breakfast, hotel needs alot of renovations. Bathtub had difficultues draining and alot of rust. Doors deffinetly need to be wiped down. Beds were clean and comfy. Furniture had stains on them. The pool area was super hot. The staff were great and easy chexk in and checkout.
