The room looked reset and super clean. The concierge was amazing and super helpful with all of our questions and requests, from the best place to order a pizza to the hotel to asking for extra shampoo and conditioner for the room. The experience was superior to stays I’ve had in tue past at other establishments. Highly recommended!!

The room was dirty, jacuzzi was not working and floating particles and other unknown substances. The elevator was out and the front desk Mike was unprofessional in how he handled check. We left and glad we used a 3rd party so we were able to get our money back. We will never stay at Ramada or a Wyndom property again. Bonvoy Marriott was the best in Harrisburg, PA we found.

The room was clean. The pool area was awful! It was not ventilated properly, you couldn’t even see clearly, they had windows and doors open which made it extra cold. Elevator was broken and breakfast was very limited.
