Do not stay at this Ramada! The facility is dirty, smell full of smoke in the hallways and the room even though it says non-smoking. Check out listed at 11 am. But at 10:25 am, hotel staffs walk around and knock on guest room telling everyone it's time to check out. It was the first time that we encounter this kinds of action at a hotel. I would not recommend stay at this Ramada!

Room was dirty upon arrival had hair in shower drain and dirt around floor. Staff did cone to clean room however next day we found hair in the towels. Shower water took forever to get warm and did not last very long. Many of the pictures in the listing are not current to the state of the hotel currently, including breakfast and pool area

The room smelled. The laminate floor had bumps coming through it from debris underneath it. The toilet was loose and leaked from underneath even though it had a ton of caulking around it. The tub was spray painted and so was the tub surround, and drain. More of the same caulking crap around the spout and water valve. There were long black hairs on the bed spread and floor in the room. It was gross. Not the Wyndham hotel we are used to. General standards at this location were bad. I would not recommend this place. toogross.ssMTit.evend

My recent stay at this hotel left me disappointed, primarily because of the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail. At first glance, the room looked acceptable, but once I settled in, it became clear that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. The microwave door was covered in fingerprints and greasy smudges, the headboard and lamps were dusty, and there were crumbs on the side tables — all signs that the room hadn’t received the level of care one would expect. Adding to the discomfort, the bathtub felt grimy, as if it hadn’t been properly scrubbed between guests. It’s an unpleasant feeling when you can’t fully relax or trust that the space has been sanitized. These details may seem small, but together they made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained. While the front desk staff was courteous and the check-in process smooth, those positives couldn’t outweigh the sense that cleanliness isn’t a priority here. A more consistent and detailed cleaning routine, along with better inspection before guests arrive, would make a major difference. This hotel has potential — the layout and amenities are fine — but the lack of attention to basic hygiene standards detracts from the overall experience. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously, because cleanliness is the foundation of guest comfort and satisfaction.

Located behind abandoned buildings, the approach was horrid. Hotel was nothing like pics. Although clean with a strong smell of bleach, the smell and the visual did not match giving you the impression the heavy bleach smell may be there to cover the old, mildewy appearance. Toilet was broken, tv service was awful. Staff was very pleasant however.

The property was just okay. The bed was surprisingly nice. The pool I know was a shared situation but their were little kids in th hot tub which I felt a little uncomfortable. Also the need to move the waffle separate from the rest of the breakfast items because you can't get to the items without standing in the line for waffles

Decent stay

Pool and hot tub seemed to be kept pretty clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. However, tv did not work, charges next to the bed on the alarm did not work, charging ports on the sides of the bed were unreachable, and one lamp blinked on amd off the entire time it was on. Room was tiny, but we didnt need much space anyway. Definitely need to regularly check electronics, and accessibility.
