The front lobby, breakfast area, hallways, and our room were all clean. Our room was on the third floor facing the back, and it was very quiet. We checked in late in the evening, and Faisan was very friendly and helpful. All of the morning staff we encountered were also very friendly. Two small complaints about the bathroom: 1) the shower/tub faucet controls were very confusing to work, and were not labeled in any way-- you basically had to do trial and error and risk freezing or scalding yourself. 2) there are no countertops or shelves in the bathroom. Even the soap dish barely fit on the sink. There's just a little room on the sink for a cup, and that's it. But for a one-night stay, we could deal with it.
