Rooms were very very cold, temperatures were in rooms like 45 degrees my daughter came back very sick we couldn’t even enjoy the pool because the shock for the cold room was terrible we are from Connecticut to enjoy my daughter’s birthday and is not a good experience yes we ask for more blankets but it wasn’t enough, I ask for 2 rooms under my name and in the other room was the same and was 2 kids with a pregnant women too, which she couldn’t even sleep nothing because of the same issue. We got this for a good experience for the pool and everything in general but wasn’t okay the cold rooms.

Everything needed in the room, great staff. Breakfast was to finish at 10am bit they are thoughtful of other guest and wait 10 min extra. Amenities are great! The TV needs to be changed as the volume would go to high or too low so its hard to watch something as the volume can go really high an dwhen you lower it , you can't hear whats happening at times thats using 60/70 volume.
