I like the location, the attentive staff, the quiet days and nights!! The suite is large and easy to settle in and feel comfortable staying there…
Nice hotel and Nice soacious rooms but their WIFI & Air Confitiining is very poor . Theiris Only One Little AC in corner of Bedroom Its Not even enough to cool the bedroom forget the other room. In HOT and Humid weather it becomes very difficult. WIFI connection on upper floor os very poor too. Otherwuse rooms are good Clean bathrokm nkce kitchen well stocked .
I love the way they handled my reservation. When they saw we’re seniors they didn’t hesitate to upgrade our room to a suite as I mistakenly reserved a room in the 11th floor that doesn’t have an elevator
I have been staying at the Copacabana for years. It is by far my favorite hotel and my first stop when visiting the Philippines. The hotel is always clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The restaurant is great with very good food. The Copacabana has all the amenities you could need. Above all is the staff. Exceptional. So kind and helpful....very professional. I honestly am treated like I am with family at the Copacabana. I would highly recommend the Copacabana to anyone seeking a top notch hotel for a pleasant, peaceful place to stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was pleasant and friendly they advertised free wifi in public areas and pay to use in room. But even 6ft from router connection was very poor at best....lucky didn't pay extra to use. Resturant food was very expensive but average with way under average service. Pool was large and deep but inconvenient to enter or exit....easy for a unattended child or beginning swimmer to get into trouble.....
I like their services and the staffs I don’t like how the aircon was not cold but rest is all good thank you

GREAT EXSPERICE BUT THE BED I DIDN'T GET MY QUEEN SIZE BED BUT A TWIN. THE CLEANING STAFF WERE A GODSEND AND TREATED ME WITH A SMILE, RESPECT, GOOD MORNING AND EVEN EXTRA TOWELS. THE CLEANIG STAFF MADE MY DAY. THEY WERE VERY APPRECIATIVE AND SIMPLY BRILLIANT!
