Hotel receptionist is polite, friendly and efficient. The King bedroom is spacious, with a large, comfortable bed, a refridgerator & microwave. The location is quiet and close to shopping, restaurants and the quaint town of Denville.

My room was comfortable and pretty nice although I didn't spend much time in it. I came in for work late at night and left relatively early the next morning. I would easily stay here again in a similar situation.

This is a reasonably-priced hotel in and expensive area. It is an old facility that has been refurbished. The breakfast is much better than I had anticipated - waffles, yogurt, actual oatmeal and mini-omelettes along with the expected toast, cereal and bananas. There are two separate buildings and one building has two floors and no elevator, so if mobility is an issue, be sure you are on an accessible floor. The hotel was completely full when we were there and the hot water ran out around 7:30 for about 20 minutes, so plan accordingly. We go to a conference every year in the area and will return to this hotel. We ate at the Fuddruckers in the parking lot one evening and were quite pleased with the food and beer.

Purpose of trip basically to have some place to sleep.

Carpeting could stand to be replaced. It was beyond a good cleaning.

Air-condition doesn't work had to wait to get another room at 2 am. Tub holds water not clean. Room not clean. Customer service very bad. And breakfast you don't want to touch. I stayed at many days inn before this is the worst by far.

Very good staff and they were very helpful and the breakfast offered was good.

The room was big but very out dated. It was not clean. The dust was terrible.

Yes the hotel was good n comfortable will like to go back n also recommend it to my friends n family.

overall it was ok the breakfast was ok they ran out of coffee but i waited for coffee the waffle iron was not working there was lack of seating the room was clean they need to clean the bed spread they need better to have better ventilation in the shower the tv reception was not that good

The booking was easy. The location was good to get to. Just a place to stay overnight while traveling. Clean and comfortable!

Just passing through area and needed to rest. Great location with shops/restaurants. Nice breakfast in the morning. Room was clean but sheets/blankets need an update...probably there since they first opened.

It was exactly what I expected. You can't get five star quality out of a two star budget

Well we requested a non-smoking room but we ended up getting placed in a room that reeked of smoke to the point that after the first night I got a headache from the smell (not exaggerating). The towels were like paper but I wasn't expecting high quality towels at 180 dollars for 3 nights. The furniture was super old fashioned which made it look more like a cheap motel than a chain Inn. Overall next time I'll definitely spend the money for more comfort. It is good for max 1 NIGHT only.

Stayed the night, not bad, fairly clean, and run of the mill.

Needed a room for a night. Great for over night stay.

I like to be generous with my comments, but this was no way a four star. It's fine for the money, but the room smelled of smoke all night long, as if someone were smoking next door. Really smelled bad! Breakfast was muffins and bagels, typical serve yourself, which is ok, but just wasn't that great. Staff were okay, but no spark, no smiles. Workout room is just a small room with one treadmill, and a small recliner bike-thing. And it opened to the laundry room--odd! So for a 2-3 star it's fine; it's conveniently located and all, and good for the money. But it's no way a four star hotel.

We booked our room through a website on line. When we were told where our room was, I asked if we can get a room in the newly renovated part of the motel. I was told no, because they didn't have the kind of room that we wanted (king bed, no smoking). The hotel was almost empty. Our room smelled like a cross between old smoke and mold. The sheets, blanket and bedspread were ripped, discolored and stunk. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!

Everything was great, very glad to have had a great experience at a great price.

...from a Days Inn: bad location on a busy noisy highway, no good food within a walk, and a bit of a dank smell in the bathroom. Next time I'll spend a bit more for a higher-quality hotel. "Free wi-fi" was not usable (i.e. was down) for the one night I was there, and that was the sole reason I chose the hotel.
