Our stay at the Hidden Hotel was excellent. The rooms were cosy and the location was perfect for viewing the city. Also, we had a complication with our passport the night before our flight. The front desk worked tirelessly to help us ensure that we would be able to board our plan. Without their help I am certain we would have been stuck! Thanks again from Canada!!! Dan and Kristina
The hotel was very nice. No bugs. The phone on the desk was a great idea. If you log in, it will be very helpful. The receptionists and the cooks were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is also located in a great location. It is close to the Arc Du Triumph, and a great (but expensive), bus system called bid bus. I also recommend it, it has information about all of its stops, including the Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Arc Du Triumph, and a few places in bet like an obelisk the Egyptians gave to the French, and the flame of the Statue of Liberty. Of course there are many more locations, as the round trip is 2.5 hours long. The hotel is also located near lots of stores and cafés. I positively enjoyed my stay. Thank you, Hidden Hotel!
Wonderful little hidden gem with that certain je ne sais quoi. Staff were so friendly and breakfast was superb .. easy access to many wonderful sights and can't wait to return .. maybe a suggestion would be to have tea/coffee facilities in the room .other than that I can't fault it the slightest ..a real find as nothing was too much trouble . Room was compact but very nicely presented and bed was extremely comfortable with the coco mattress ..thank you the hidden team for making our stay so delightful
We misbooked our Air B and B, and had to quickly find a hotel for the night. I could not have asked for a better experience. We were able to upgrade our room for 20 Euros and check in immediately (around noon). The customer service was impeccable- Though our french is really awful, the representative was incredibly kind and everyone we encountered spoke fantastic english. We received a walk through of all of the features of the room, which was located in the secondary building (right next door to the main building with the reception desk and dining area). The view from the 2nd floor was picturesque. The room itself was equipped with a very comfortable bed, a desk, and unique nooks for storage. The tub was separate from the water closet, and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. The interior decoration was spot on. You couldn't ask for a better neighborhood- as a tourist, you don't feel bombarded by touristy-ness, but everything is very accessible. There are so many wonderful restaurants nearby, and you are close to one of the best transfer stations (CDG Etoile).
This hotel was absolutely amazing! From the second I arrived to the second I left. The staff are super friendly and more than happy to do anything to help. They're welcoming and it's clear they just want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The bed was the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on which made it difficult to get up in the morning to explore the sights (contemplated sacrificing the early morning view of the Eiffel Tower for the bed). The room itself has been designed to be as relaxed as humanly possible and you can be forgiven for thinking you'd been whisked off to a secret celebrity retreat instead of a gorgeous boutique hotel in the hubbub of central Paris. When I return to Paris, I won't even consider staying anywhere else. It shouldn't be a hesitation or a second thought when booking a stay here.
The hotel is situated right near the l'arc de Triomphe and is only 2 minutes walk from the metro station. Very convenient location and there are plenty of shops/cafes etc on the surrounding streets. The room was very clean, modern and stylish. It was quite small but well laid out. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
This adorable boutique hotel is located a few streets down from the Arc - perfect for a little bit of quiet mixed with proximity to the bustling city. The rooms are small as expected for a big city hotel, but the character, finish outs, and flowing curtains give it some great charm. The front desk staff and the bartender were so helpful as it was our first time to Paris and happy to hold our bags when we checked out the next morning and still wanted to explore the city. Tip: We splurged on a private terrace room and loved it - until the bar garden downstairs filled with smoke that quickly wafted up ruining our fresh air. Unless you can handle cigarette smoke, skip the private terrace rooms & only take in the inevitable smoke of the cafes.
We were warmly greeted by the staff and Hotel Manager when we arrived at the Hotel. Every staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very lively and happy to chat with us. We felt welcome and cosy during our stay at the Hotel. They are very thoughtful and always attend to our needs. They made us feel like home. The room is always clean and they provide all the basic things you need in the hotel. I love their toiletries. The location is very convenient and not too noisy. In fact, we felt safe during our stay in the area. It is very near to a Metro station and Champs elysees. It is about 30 mins by walking to Eiffel Tower (very pleasant walk). We will definitely choose to stay at this hotel when we return to Paris. Our first choice hotel in Paris. Thank you for the love and genuine services you have extended to us during our stay!
Hidden hotel is one of the best hotels in Paris, excellent staff, great breakfast, close to all the major locations in Paris, 5 min walks from the Metro,... I can go on for a while, but don't believe me, go visit yourself :)
As I was flying Air France over the Atlantic for my 2 1/2 weeks in Europe, I wasn’t thinking about my upcoming time in Venice or Budapest or even my upcoming cruise down the Danube... all I could think about were the 2 1/2 days I would be staying at my favorite hotel in Paris: the Hidden Hotel. This was the third time, and I was just as excited as I had been in the past. The owner, Alinde, and her amazing staff scheduled an early morning check-in for me. I love their breakfasts SO much, but I love my sleep even more. Her associate, Tanya, greeted my Uber as we pulled up. Everyone at the front desk, as always, was so welcoming. They got me all set with the paperwork and then personally escorted me to my room. Upon entering my room, I felt my heart melt... I was HOME. I immediately opened the window because I love watching all the activity of people walking up and down the street. After quickly unpacking, I dozed off in the amazing Coco-Mat bed. Five hours later, I awoke and was ready to go. As this was my third time at the Hidden Hotel and my fifth time in Paris, I wanted to venture off into Paris with no real plan. I went down and talked with Ariane and told her to point out her favorite street in Paris. Well, it was Avenue Junot in the Montmartre area. I folded my map and headed out for the day. One thing I was proud of after my previous two visits was my mastery of the underground system. This time, I knew where to walk to, what stops to change at and what my final stop would be. After walking around Montmartre, enjoying fine wine at Buvette on Rue Henry Monnier and having a great lunch on the Rue du Louvre, I headed back to the hotel. By this time, I was completely spent and knew I needed a nap. Afterward, I went down to enjoy a glass of wine and some cheese in the most comfortable lounge area while buzzing on my iPhone. I asked for a recommendation for dinner and they recommended La Cantine du Troquet, a fantastic bistro around the corner for steak frites and amazing wine. The next morning, before heading out for the day, I headed for not one breakfast stop, but two. You see, a hot breakfast was served in the building I was staying in. After polishing off a cup of café au lait and a tasty omelet, I headed next door for bread, cheese, fruit and more café au lait. I have to say, I’m never more relaxed than I am during a morning at the Hidden Hotel. It’s hard for me to explain, but this place feels like home. Even though I don’t speak French (but want to badly), it feels like home. And that is due to Alinde and her amazing staff. I will never stay anywhere else in Paris, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
