Have stayed here before, mainly because of the convenient location (metro and airport shuttle). There are a range of apartments here, as we as hotel style rooms. I paid 200 euro per night for a very small studio apartment in the roof. The good: clean linen, modern bathroom tidy kitchenette, comfy bed. The not so good: capaable but somewhat disinterested reception staff (rarely got a bonjour and never a smile from any of them). My room was tiny, you literally had to climb over the bed to get to a small table which was squeezed into the window space (impossible to sit at due to the sloping roof). The blinds were broken, patched together with tape & moldy (photos attached). I am sure that there are better rooms available but at €1000 for 5 nights (no extras) I expect better.
The Apart Hotel was very good, clean, with nice installations and very polite service. My stay was very pleasant and things were handled very professionally. I had no trouble at all and it's located right next to one subway line, so getting around is very easy.
Hotel is in a perfect location for transportation, bars, shops. I stayed in a studio room/apartment with its own kitchen. Room quite big but more quite is on patio side. Bathroom clean and small, also typical as for Paris. Breakfast like in France, more sweets/fruits than bread, cheese, ham :) Tea, coffee and hot chocolate machine available 24/7 near reception desk. Reception staff are helpful and friendly and no problem to leave a suitcases after checkout.
Location, Location, Location......near Tour Montparnasse so Train, Subway and direct Bus to Airport at a les than 5 minute walk. Food....Rue de la Gaité and place Edgar Quinet have more choices than required for a week stay. Monoprix gropcery store 5 minute walk.
I stayed one night only to be near Montparnasse station and a meeting. Very close to metro lines, shops, restaurants etc. / arrived early to drop my luggage (free of charge and very friendly staff) . Room was extra clean, coffee/tea machine. Very noisy street and the bed was a bit hard but otherwise comfortable. Warm towels were a real plus but a glass for washing my tooth would have been great :) . Extra thank for the welcoming staff who advised me not to shop near champs elysees as there was a violent demonstration there. I'd come back to this hotel should I need to.
Very good location for Montparnasse station and metro to town, Very noisy room doors which cannot be closed quietly. back rooms not noisy but avoid those facing street. narrow studios, barely adequate for 4 suitcases. small dining table. no cleaning everyday, but change of towels if required. narrow bathroom and glass not closing properly so water drips on the floor when having shower. heating too high and after turning it down did not make much difference. Very helpful staff.
Arrived quite late at night, there was a clerck at the reception, which was good. The location was good for my purposes as it is near the train / metro stations, which was the main reason for choosing this hotel Stayed for 3 nights . The room itself is extremely basic. Bath stuff like shampoo etc, were not refilled. In general room was not tidy, the table was very small and inconvinient to work on (business trip) There is also no room to take a call in the hotel in general (after checkout). The staff was kind enough to let me stay an extra hour for late checkout to take a call from the room.
i appreciate for the help from the guy when we check in and the guy we check out. their advices were really helpful. the rooms are clean and cozy. location is excellent. it's easy to go arround. housekeeping was nice. even we had problem on language communication.but she's so kind.thank you. all our familiars had good time there.
The hotel is in a good location for shops and theatre, as well as being close to transport. I stayed in a studio room/apartment with its own kitchen, which was good for cooking light meals. Cleaning in this room was done once a week, and at other times you could change towels and get amenities from the communal cupboard near the reception. When the cleaners came, they were very good, helpful and caring - one of them came downstairs to the breakfast room to tell me that they had finished cleaning the room. Reception staff are helpful and friendly.
I walked in and immediately started looking for another place to stay in the area and ultimately stayed because I was part of a group. It is definitely not what I am accustomed to from the comfort of the bed (no heavy blankets) to the inconsistent wifi access. On the plus side, it was clean, near transportation, many restaurants and shops. If I were traveling on a budget and just staying a day or two, this might work better.
