It's great hotel, good staff and excellent breakfast. Only issue with this hotel is that it's about 10-12 minutes walk from Arch de Triump metro or chemp eleyesses area. If you don't kind walking 10-15 minutes each day from hotel - great place to stay. 5 stars!

Staff most polite and pleasant, and helpful with wheelchair, etc. when my wife broke her leg. Simplymost grateful for service.

Had a problem with air conditioning in our room and was addressed right away by hotel staff. We ordered room service on our last night and the food was delicious. Had a really wonderful experience, would recommend to others.

Aside from the Concierge Staff, I was highly disappointed with my stay. Room was not up to par. Air conditioning was not working properly and it was uncomfortably hot. When asked to fix it, I waited more than 30 minutes for maintenance and finally had to call and cancel because I needed to get in shower. Shower did not drain properly. Carpet was not clean. They said room service was available until 11:30pm. What they don't tell you is that from 11-11:30, every item you order has an additional 20 euro added to it. So if I wanted to order an 18 euro pizza and a 4 euro beverage, it would be 38 euro and 24 euro respectively. Requested a 1pm checkout, when I returned to my room at 12:45pm to get my bags and head to train station, I had been locked out. I had to go all the way back to reception (and my room was very far from a lift) to get a new key. At this point I expressed my frustrations with the stat and that now I was running late. No offer to help me with my bags or any real understanding that I was extremely dissatisfied. Simply a shrug of the shoulders. I am so unbelievably unhappy about this experience. And I'm angry I paid so much for a crappy hotel.

Hotel upgraded our room. Nice, friendly & convenience hotel. I will book again in the future.

We left the US from 7:30 PM July 4th and arrived at the hotel by 12:30 PM July 5th. I was told by the hotel clerk that my room is not ready and that they would make it a priority to get my room ready as soon as possible. Fair enough since my check in is not til 3 PM. I sat and waited - 2 PM came, then 3 PM then 4 PM and 5 PM. The whole entire time, I keep getting " we are working on getting your room ready" really? By 5 PM I demanded to have my room since I was guaranteed the room by 3 PM and only then do I get a room that was not what I've paid for. Service is poor. No one seems to have any urgency on anything.

I really had a good time staying in this hotel my room was upgraded to a suite, breakfast was really good.

Room was comfortable and well stocked, staff was nice and helpful. Location was wonderful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Good staff and great location. Lots of events so hotel is bustling.

We stay from 22-Dec through 28-Dec and had a wonderful time. The hotel itself it in a quiet neighborhood, but the metro is just a short walk away or simply grab a taxi (they are always waiting outside). Although we found the dining option a bit overpriced, there are several options within a quick walk - directly across the street is a breakfast and lunch bistro which we only ate at once, but it was wonderful. Down the street next to the metro was another brasserie which was lovely as well. Hotel rooms were decent size, typical to US size rooms. The hotel itself was clean and well decorated, you can see some wear and tear on the woodwork in the room, but overall a nice place to stay. The staff was very accommodating and willing to assist in every situation, from tickets to museums, seine boat cruise etc. to simply getting change for tipping. Check-in and check-out process was flawless and well done. No long waits as others had indicated. We arrived around noon and our room was ready. We asked for a cake and champagne to be brought to the room upon arrival and within minutes of getting into the room, there was a knock on the door - well done. Even New York hotels struggle with this - but L'Hotel did an exceptional job. .

The service at this hotel was great. Even though we didn't speak French, they were extremely helpful and understanding. The breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced, but good. The room was a little stuffy when we arrived and we couldn't get the fan to work. I called the front desk to ask for help and within 15 minutes they had two people adjusting the mechanical equipment and changing the filter. I guess my only real complaint is typical of most hotels. There just doesn't seem to be enough light in the room, especially in the bathroom. It's hard to shave or put on markup. The solution is quite simple - there needs to be lighting along both sides of the mirror, not just at the top. The room itself was on the small side, which seems to be typical in Paris. Overall, the stay was really good!

Very good boutique hotel close to the Arc De Triomphe. A cute cafe in front and beside was very convenient. Breakfast is included and so is 30 Euro concession daily at the bar or restaurant. They restock rhe minbar free daily except for alcohol, which is free for what's in there. Evion is free as well. Staff speak English and are always willing to help and are very friendly.

excellent hotel. about 10 minute walk to arc de triopmhe. taxis to major attractions are between 10-15 euros. you can even walk to the attractions if you like walking for 30-60 minutes or so. excellent staff with excellent English. extremely helpful concierge service staff. not expensive for what you get. I stayed a total of 6 nights. I would go there again, if I go to Paris again.

Room was small and a little shabby. Not nearly as nice as you would think looking at the lobby.

We enjoyed and was great for heading out in all directions!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful but kudos especially to the concierge personnel. The only negative was that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated greatly and it was difficult to maintain the same temperature while showering. Otherwise, this is a very charming hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet part of Paris, well located but we were given a room on the first floor that felt like a basement so our experience was not perfect for the price

The hotel was great. I had requested flowers for my wife's birthday and they brought dessert and champagne as well. Awesome service!

The hubby took me to Paris for my birthday and our mini honeymoon a couple of weeks ago. We were more than happy with everything there. The staff went above and beyond, everything from the letter that I needed for my France visa to transportation from the hotel were prompt. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the courtyard( I preferred street view) but the courtyard was beautiful, so can't complain. On our first night we were also surprised with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in the room! The hotel is only a couple of minutes from the arc de triomphe, and their breakfasts are scrumptious. Only drawback was the bubble bar that we had been looking forward to was closed for the summer. Highly recommended to anyone in Paris for the weekend!

Right from the start we were feeling very welcome by the nice staff. Because it was both our birthdays we got some extra compliments of the hotel. We had the King de Luxe room, amazing room. big bed nice bathroom and garden view. amazing. the hotel is right in the middle of everything all in walking distance. Paris is so nice. it was a holiday we not easy forget.
