Everything was easy to find. The evening activities were entertaining. The golf carts were lifesavers due to the amount of hills! The only complaint noted was that a drink ordered at the main lobby bar is not the same as the bars at the pool.

The property is beautiful. Leslie at concierge is very helpful. I couldn’t get dinner reservations and she was the only person willing to help me. The food options are non existent. There’s only 1 buffet in the main building. That means if you’re by the pool, you only have burger or pizza option and nothing else. If you don’t get reservations at the few sit down restaurants, you’re stuck in the buffet with the SAME food options EVERY night. We usually go to all inclusives and this one has been the absolute WORST by far.

We had such a wonderful visit to Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. The staff were professional, pleasant and super nice. Anytime we needed anythjng there was always someone there to help and get yhe job done. Honestly I cant say enough of how great this experience was. Such an amazing experience. Planet Hollywood staff is the epitome of "Pura Vida"!

Wow, planet Hollywood did not disappoint. The reviews we read were nothing like the service and treatment we had. We booked a star service, our private concierge Wilson had everything for us! If we ever needed anything , we communicated it to him and the entire hotel staff knew and jumped to service making it effortless for us to enjoy ourselves and plans. The food, the resort, the staff, exceptional!!
