Property and rooms were beautiful, hot water all the time ++, the premium liquor was top shelf the staff/bartenders were overly generous w their pours. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. They didn’t skip a beat. I travel regularly out the country and have stayed at plenty of all inclusive resorts and the Westin Resera was excellent, they did not disappoint. The beach was beautiful, no seaweed in sight, a lot of complimentary activities. It was a very chill, relaxing vacation and exactly what I was looking for to celebrate a bday w adult family. I would 100% recommend this resort for both families and adults as the adult amenities were very separate very much enjoyed.

We had received wonderful reviews from family and friends about the Westin Reserva Conchal resort in Costa Rica. We decided to spend 8 days at this resort for our honeymoon. Our first night was in a room with 2 full size beds and we had reserved a king bed. The second day, they moved us into our King room. Both were large and beautiful. Staff was very accommodating. We were able to walk comfortably to the pool, food court, restaurants and the beach area. There was always access to drivers with large golf carts for transportation on the resort. We used them several times. We felt like we were in a luxury jungle! There were Howler monkeys in the trees and lizards on the ground. The pool was clean and large. The restaurants offered a variety of different foods. The beach was clean, long, wide and beautiful! We had 4 relaxing massages on the beach from Sammy. (I would highly recommend you check out the BLUE TENT!) We scheduled several private excursions with ERIK. If there is anything you want to see or do in Costa Rica, contact Erik-he was the best! Our honeymoon trip to Costa Rica was fun and exciting, relaxing and also very educational. All in all it was one of our favorite adventures! Kevin & Michelle Evans

This is our second stay at the Westin resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My husband golfed one day and I rode in the cart. The course is beautiful and well maintained. We tried a few specialty restaurants. Our favourite was the Italian. Pizza by the pool was very tasty. Staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed trying our Spanish out with everyone which was quite entertaining. The check-in process was the only downside we experienced. We had to change rooms three times because we had been told we would have a room overlooking the golf course but the first two times, they did not. A minor inconvenience overall.
