Great property and very well maintained. Concierge was the best experience. She did both the job as concierge and tour guide advisor. Staff were friendly and very focused. Food varieties and options were great. Lots of nature on the compound. Beach was great for being on the Pacific side. Deluxe rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Even though walkable, the constant availability of on-site shuttles was welcomed and efficient.

Nice place, large grounds. We didn’t even have time to make all the trails and walk around the entire property. We spent most days at the beach and the pools. Even the locals were nice on the beach. Plenty of things to do, for all ages.

We had a great time at the resort. The staff was great, service was good although twice while dining at one of the restaurant, our waiters just disappeared. Room service food was not good at all and my daughter found a worm in her salad but we enjoyed Caracola for lunch, the steakhouse for dinner, the Italian restaurant as well. We also enjoyed Mitra Market. Stay away from the Asian station and you will be fine. Breakfast was good; definitely get an omelet and a Costa Rican breakfast; delicious. The pool was amazing and I liked the temperature of it; the beach was nice; there are people giving massages along the beach and they weren’t too pushy. I went to the Spa for a Wellness ritual and the service was amazing as well. All in all, we will definitely come back.

My family absolutely enjoyed their stay at the Westin. They treated us amazing. Excellent customer service my son absolutely enjoyed this day and his time at the kids club. We love the pool and the beach all the amenities that were available to us like kayak, paddleboard and snorkeling I took a bike ride through one of their hiking trails and it was absolutely amazing. You will see a bunch of animals like like monkeys on the property, which was an added bonus, the beach is phenomenal, and most of the restaurants were a wonderful experience, which was surprising for an all inclusive.
