Clean rooms, 2 tv sets, nice breakfeast... Nothing bad to say about this place !

the hotel was beautiful, service was great and room were clean.

The location was perfect for us because we were curling at the Ottawa Curling Club two blocks away. The rooms, beds, baths were all comfortable, clean and modern. We had a mini kitchen with microwave, refridgerator and sink in our rooms. Breakfast was good for a free buffet with yogurt, fruit, cereal, breads, french toast, eggs and bacon or sausage. Tea and coffee choices were many. The staff were friendly and informative. The only complaint I have is the walls are thin. Noise is a real problem if the hotel is full. Walking down the hall you could hear conversations in the rooms and when in you are room you could hear your neighbors. It's ok if people are respectful of quiet times. The noise issue is the only reason I gave room comfort an average rating, because comfort alone was excellent.

The room was more than I expected. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The staff was very helpful. Complimentary breakfast was an appreciated add on.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The breakfast is the best I've ever had included with a hotel room. Room was quiet, clean, staff were helpful and pleasant. Banks St is nearby with pub food and lots of Vietnamese food to choose from. There's a Bixi stand around the corner at the Natural History Museum.

As a retired university professor traveling with husband, I look for top-of-the-line hotels that offer comfort, amenities, and value. That said, we couldn't have done better than the Best Western Plus Victoria Park Suites as our chosen 3-night "home" over Christmas 2012. What we loved best? Friendly and helpful front desk...clean, spacious, comfortable room with a desk/office chair and a big comfy wing chair for reading...sweet smelling bed linens on a bed plush with duvet and soft mattress covers...easy underground parking and access...free internet for two...healthy, simple breakfast (granola, yoghurt, fruits, toast)...wonderful room attendants who turned down our bed and left special treats for Christmas...all night open confectionary shop on main floor! You cannot beat this value in the heart of Ottawa. I would return in a nano-second!

My stay at the Victoria Park Suite was terrific. Check in and out was easy, getting to the hotel was easy and it was conveniently located about one kilometer from Parliament Hill. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very satisfying. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to other people.

rooms were comfortable and well appointed. With wifi available and kitchen and laundry facilities. Excellent value and would recommend it to other visitors to Ottawa.

Had a little difficulty getting to the hotel because of the constuction but we called the front desk and they gave us directions. Very pleased with room - clean, large, well appointed. Parkin was a little pricey but nice to be underground. Just there one night visiting grandson at Carleton. Would stay there again.

It wasn't bad. one remark though. When i asked the front desk to arrange an early ride for me i the morning ,to go to the air port ,i was told that the hotel policy doesnt allow that ,and I have to call the desk 10 or 15 minutes before my intended departure. I respect policies ,but I've been to so many hotels in my life in different corners of the world..This policy was pointless!!! Other than that ,the hotel was good.. Thanks

THIS HOTEL WAS 15-20 MINUTE WALK FROM PARLIAMENT HILL STRAIGHT LINE.ANOTHER MAIN STREET WAS RUNNING PARALLEL TO OUR STREET.IT HAD EASY ACCESS ON/OFF MAJOR HIGHWAY INTO OTTAWA. IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
