This property resembles a two-star resort, but it has several significant issues. I’ll begin with the line you’re experiencing at check-in. These days, I don’t understand why we all still stand in lines to do things that could easily be done online. The noise level is excessive, making it difficult to sleep, the doorbell is connected to two units. At 5:30 AM the neighbor forgot her key so she was ringing the doorbell excessively until I got up and let her in. The air conditioning unit is not functioning properly, and the dishwasher required repair. We called they did come fix the dishwasher but the air conditioner was still the same. Upon our return on Saturday morning, we discovered water emanating from the ceiling and vent fan in the bathroom. So we had to call again. The property was covered in a thick layer of dust, which was very obvious when the sun shined inside. The extent of the mold infestation is alarming. This was not the type of resort we are used to experiencing. I will say what I did like. Was the arcade and ice cream shop right there so you don’t even have to leave the customer service in the ice cream shop wasn’t the best but I can see how it can be overwhelming at times we did order a pizza from the pizza place. That was a waste of money. The cheese was barely melted. It was like they bought a pizza from Walmart and microwaved it for half of the time it probably should’ve went through the oven a second time, but they only had one little girl working.
